Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations
Tuesday
Michael Rojas, 34, 601 Conkling Ave., was cited and released at 9:50 p.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving with a suspended license.
Dru Saddler, 37, 5810 N. Third St., was cited and released at 9 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Campus Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Avelino Ortiz Jr., 46, Ensign, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. in the 2600 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of driving while a habitual violator, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.
Amanda Hunsaker, 22, Dodge City, was cited and released at 8:14 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving with a suspended license.
Lorena Conteras, 32, 2112 Cherokee Road, was cited and released at 4 p.m. in the 1100 block of McCoy Drive on allegations of no valid driver's license and no proof of insurance.
Eh Tee Doh, 17, Kansas City, Kan., was arrested at 2:43 p.m. in the 200 block of North 10th Street on an allegation of driving with a suspended license and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.
Amanda Lynn Medina, 23, 202 E. Fair St., was cited and released at 12:02 a.m. in the 2600 block of Pearly Jane Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Monday
Harold G. Reese, 43, 805 Pearl St., was arrested at 8:24 p.m. in the 800 block of Pearl Street on allegations of two counts of assault, attempted battery on an officer and an arrest-and-detain order.
Cruz Canal-Perez, 30, 626 Amy St., Apt. A, was cited and released at 2:55 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Crystal Luna, 37, 2914 Fleming St., was arrested at 2:52 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant.
Moises Rodriguez, 19, 1710 C St., was cited and released at 8:13 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Third Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Thefts/Losses
Monday
Between 2:30 and 3 p.m. in the 2600 block of North Main Street, a person stole a 30-day temporary tag from a vehicle. Loss $1.
Miscellaneous
Tuesday
Between 5 p.m. Feb. 4 and 8 a.m. Feb. 7 in the 800 block of Fitz Street, a person filed taxes under another person's name.

Tuesday
Dalton Pister, 18, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on a probation violation.
Carlos Zarate, 25, 3774 W. Jones Ave., was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on a bench warrant.
Monday
Joe Guerrero, 32, 108 N. 10th St., was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on allegations of burglary and theft.
Jose Acosta, 24, Denver, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on allegations of possession of opiates and no drug tax stamp.
Mary Rodriquez, 38, 2207 N. Sixth St., was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on a bench warrant.
