Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Wednesday

Douglas Thiessen, 62, 1714 Janice Lane, was cited and released at 11:38 a.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Erica Carrillo, 15, 202 N. 12th St., was arrested at 11:19 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of curfew violation and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Jonnie Howard, 61, 1302 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 4, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Chestnut Street on allegations of criminal trespass and criminal damage.

Oscar Flores, 21, 3015 Crane Road, Lot 19, was arrested at 3:27 a.m. in the 100 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Tuesday

Nichole Savoy, 25, 4220 Nancy Ave., was arrested at 8:25 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Abe Perez, 34, 516 Eugene Place, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. in the 500 block of Eugene Place on a city warrant for review.

Josh Wesley, 22, 2307 C St., was arrested at 4:31 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Maria Loera, 32, 207 Elm St., was cited and released at 3:06 a.m. in the 100 block of West Pine Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Darrell Spencer, 27, Hays, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a county warrant.

Brent Sinclair, 54, 619 Fleming St., was arrested at 2:10 p.m. in the 600 block of Fleming Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Monday

Ashton Kathman, 22, 518 Stoeckley Place, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. in the 500 block of Stoeckley Place on a failure to appear warrant for review.

Aaron Proehl, 22, 102 Jenny Ave., was arrested at 5:32 p.m. in the 500 block of Stoeckley Place on a municipal warrant for an allegation of improper turn.

Joshua Patterson, 16, 4875 E. Hillcrest, Lot 27, was cited and released at 9:29 p.m. in the 500 block of North Jennie Barker on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jose Rivera Jr., 20, 2914 Fleming St., Apt. 605, was cited and released at 4:54 p.m. in the 400 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of criminal damage that occurred prior.

Kenneth Bridges, 59, Oklahoma City, Okla., was cited and released at 5:36 p.m. in the 1700 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Steven Rincones Jr., 19, was cited and released at 11:27 a.m. in the 4000 block of East U.S. Highway 50, on an allegation of theft that occurred prior.

Amber Bailey, 21, 808 N. Fifth St., was cited and released at 11:20 p.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Xochilt Lopez, 19, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 158, was arrested at 3:13 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of domestic battery.

Thefts/Losses

Wednesday

Between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Safford Avenue someone took a license plate. Loss $4.

Between 9:25 and 9:40 p.m. in the 1200 block of East Fulton Street, someone took a purse containing cash. Loss $1,955.

Between 4 and 9:50 p.m. in the 400 block of Magnolia Street, a known person stole a guitar. Loss $150. Investigation continues.

Monday

Between 3 and 5:50 p.m. at Rupp Chiropractic, 311 W. Kansas Ave., someone took a wallet containing cash and identification. Loss $170.

Between midnight and 2 p.m. in the 100 block of Honey Bee Court, someone broke into a storage unit and took household items. Estimated loss $2,500.

Between 9:31 and 9:34 p.m. at the Fulton Street Convenience Store, 601 E. Fulton St., someone took candy. Loss $23.

Between 3 a.m. Sunday and 4:30 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of North Seventh Street someone broke a wooded porch to remove power tools. Loss $875.

Criminal Damage

Wednesday

Between 2:30 and 5:20 p.m. in the 1800 block of Commanche Drive someone damaged a screen on a residence. Loss $50.

Tuesday

Between midnight Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of 400 Elm Street someone damaged a mirror on a vehicle. Loss $100.

Monday

Between 12:01 and 10:45 a.m. in the 100 block of West Talley Trail, someone damaged a wooden fence. Loss $500.

Between 12:30 and 6:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Elm Street, someone broke two vehicle mirrors on parked cars. Loss $700.

Miscellaneous

Tuesday

Between 12:01 a.m. Nov. 1, 2009 and 2:23 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Ridgewood Drive, someone used a known person's identification to open a wireless cell phone account. Loss $1,917.

Thursday

Carl Edward Davidson, 61, 3740 W. Jones Ave., was arrested at 9:30 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of domestic battery.

Johnny Ray Martinez, 52, Holcomb, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. in Finney County on allegation of theft and making false information.

Keyaeiro Shen Cook-Johnson, 22, Dallas, Texas, was arrested at 11:13 a.m. in Finney County on allegation of no drug tax stamp, cultivating or distributing opiates or other narcotic drugs, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wednesday

Yadira Holguin Garcia, 33, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 10:23 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of failing to properly restrain a child passenger and driving without a valid license.

Sandra Erika Chavez, 29, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of failing to property restrain a child passenger and driving without a valid license.

Rigoberto Hernandez, 38, Deerfield, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of driving without a valid license.

Manuel Jeremy Valdez, 26, Holcomb, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of improper driving on a laned roadway and driving without a valid license.

Roberto Correa, 39, Dodge City, was arrested at 2 p.m. in Finney County on a bench warrant for an allegation of a bond violation.
