Sales tax again on county agenda

The Finney County Commission agenda on Monday morning will include

continued discussion of a proposed special election in March asking

voters to extend a quarter-cent sales tax to fund the construction of a

new building to house three court-related services organizations.

The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 am. at the County Administrative Center, 310 N. Ninth St.

Other items on the agenda include:

* Consideration of a revised charter resolution concerning the

transient guest tax and the Finney County Convention and Visitors

Bureau;

* Monthly reports from the health department, emergency medical services and emergency management;

* Discussion of health insurance premiums;

* 2014 legislative policy;

* A road vacation hearing.
