The Garden City Commission will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the City Administrative Center, 301 N. Eighth St.

Items on the agenda include:

* Discussion of an ordinance that would impose penalties on cereal malt beverage license holders whose employees are convicted of selling or furnishing cereal malt beverages to a minor.

* A purchase agreement between the city and Francesco Dorigo Trust for the old American Legion property, 125 W. Pine St. Two weeks ago, the commission chose in principle to sell the property for $10,000 to Dorigo, who intends to renovate the building into an Italian restaurant.

* Discussion of supporting Finney County's effort to seek a quarter-cent sales tax extension.
