Garden City Police Department Thefts/Losses

Sept. 19

Between 11 p.m. Sept. 18 and 6 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 600 block of North 10th Street, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole miscellaneous ammunition without permission. Loss $800.

Saturday

At 10:20 a.m. at Family Dollar, 1303 N. Taylor Ave., an unknown female stole a bottle of Nyquil. Estimated loss $14.

At 2:38 p.m. in the 1900 block of Hattie Street, an unknown person had been using someone else's Social Security card.

Sunday

Between 9:55 and 10:55 a.m. at Family Dollar, an unknown person took a family pack of Nyquil and left the store without paying. Loss $14.

Monday

Between 10 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. at Horace Good Middle School, 1412 N. Main St., an unknown person took a TracFone out of someone's pants pocket while in the locker room. Loss $20.

Miscellaneous

Sept. 17

At 2:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Campus Drive, a known person used someone else's debit card to purchase miscellaneous items without permission. Loss $85. The owner of the card refused to press charges.

Sept. 20

Devin Mireles, 16, 1017 N. Sixth St., was cited and released at 9:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of North 13th Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Saturday

Jesus Alarcon, 41, 950 N. Jennie Barker Road, No. 163, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. in the 900 block of North Jennie Barker Road on an out-of-county warrant.

Arturo Reyes-Quintana, 33, 1245 Yucca Drive, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. at Menards, 1110 Lareu Road, on an allegation of theft.

Shelly M. Eberhardt-McGann, 46, Wichita, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.

Michael A. Rodriguez, 37, Carson, Calif., was arrested at 6:19 p.m. in the 2500 block of Crestway Drive on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Victor Soto, 30, 2901 Lost River Drive, Apt. A., was arrested at 7:02 p.m. in the 2900 block of Lost River Drive on an allegation of possession of marijuana.

Arturo Reyes-Quintana, 33, 1245 Yucca Drive, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on an allegation of theft.

Sunday

Between 3:30 and 4 p.m. in the 600 block of East Maple Street, a known person battered another known person. Investigation continues.

Monday

At 9:38 a.m. at Garden City Alternative School, 1312 N. Seventh St., two known persons were involved in a fight. Both suspects were released to parents.

Jose Ramon Alvarado, 56, Deerfield, was arrested at 5 p.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Monday

Maria Bertha Gonzalez, 53, Dalhart, Texas, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Victor Irigoyen-Anchan, 40, 1501 Fulton St., was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on allegations of license restrictions, suspension or revocation, driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
