Elsi Reyes, 17, 2203 Reiff Road, Apt. 12, was cited and released at 12:06 a.m. in the 2200 block of Reiff Road on an allegation of hit and run.
Edward Garcia Jr., 27, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 445, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on allegations of battery and child endangerment. He allegedly pushed a TV onto his wife while she was holding an infant. He also was lodged on a municipal warrant for failure to appear review.
Jacob Perez, 19, Larned, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. at Garden City Community College, 801 Campus Drive, on a Pawnee County warrant for allegations of stalking, telephone harassment and criminal trespass.
Thursday
David Palacios, 75, 1285 Sonora Court, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. in the 200 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of driving under the influence.
Ricardo Mata, 24, 1211 N. Eighth St., was cited and released on allegations of no valid driver's license and no proof of current insurance.
Luz Guzman-Estrada, 41, 2601 W. Mary St., Apt. 9, was cited and released at 3:24 p.m. on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Angie Alexis Redden, 31, 2114 Campus Drive, was cited and released at noon in the 1100 block of College Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Guillermo Garcia, 66, 1809 Van Dittie Drive, was cited and released at 8:27 a.m. in the 1700 block of East Business 50 on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Eduardo Reyes Ortega, 18, 5800 Mansfield Road, Apt. 40, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. in the 900 block of Zerr Road on an arrest-and-detain order.
Amber Dawn Badger, 25, 221 Wesley St., was cited and released at 1 p.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of theft.
Zachary Keith Isley, 19, 510 Inge Ave., was cited and released at 12:45 p.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of theft.

Miguel Gutierrez, 15, 2309 B St., was arrested at 1:10 p.m. at New Outlook Academy, 1401 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., on an arrest-and-detain order and on an allegation of distribution of a simulated controlled substance. He was released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation (PATH).
Omar Chavez, 18, 1617 Jan St., was cited and released at 8:15 a.m. in the 1600 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Lavonna Pickett, 36, 611 W. Campbell St., was arrested at 12:31 p.m. in the 800 block of North Seventh Street on three Russell County warrants for probation violation on allegations of giving worthless checks.

Alicia Renee Arevalo, 21, 2112 Heritage Ave., was cited and released at 7:52 p.m. at Wheatlands Country Store, 1521 E. Fulton St., on an allegation of a prior battery that occurred on Sept. 13 in the 900 block of Smokey Hill Street.

Maclovia Pena, 29, Holcomb, was cited and released at 7 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

At 6:30 p.m. at Presto, 501 E. Fulton St., someone took a cash bag with money. Loss $800.
Wednesday
Between 10 a.m. Monday and 11:06 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of West Olive Street, someone entered a garage and took items. Loss $25.
Between 5 p.m. Tuesday and noon Wednesday in the 400 block of West Chestnut Street, someone took a portion of a tag decal. Loss $1.
Between 12:01 and 8 a.m. in the 900 block of Evans Street, someone took a stereo out of an unlocked vehicle. Loss $150.
Between 12:01 and 8 a.m. in the 100 block of Evans Street, someone took items from an unlocked vehicle, damaging the vehicle in the process. Theft $105. Damage loss $15.
Tuesday
Between 12:01 and 11:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of A Street, someone took a check book. Loss $10.
Monday
Between 8:10 and 8:15 a.m. in the 200 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue, someone took a bicycle reflector off of a bike. Loss $10.
Sept. 19
Between 1 and 10 a.m. at U Pump It, 156 Campus Drive, someone took a license plate and decal sticker. Loss $8.
Between 6:46 and 6:49 p.m. at Dillons, 1305 E. Kansas Ave., someone took $65 worth of shrimp from the store.
Between 4 p.m. Sept. 18 and 7:30 a.m. Sept. 19 at Best Value Inn, 1818 Commanche Drive, someone forcibly opened a soda pop machine and took money. Damage loss $40. Theft loss $200.
Between 4 and 7 a.m. at Best Western, 2205 E. U.S. Highway 50, someone forcibly opened a soda pop machine and took money. Damage loss $105. Theft loss $200.
Sept. 18
Between midnight Sept. 17 and 9:42 a.m. Sept. 18 in the 600 block of Long Boulevard, someone took an electrical meter. Loss $50.
Friday
At 12:10 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, someone entered a residence and tried to get the victim to fight, then left and used a brick to break out a window on a vehicle. Investigation continues. Loss $350.
Thursday
Between 8 a.m. Sept. 18 and 1 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Long Boulevard, someone broke a window on an apartment. Loss $100.
Between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and 12:40 p.m. Thursday at Jennie Wilson Elementary School, 1401 Harding Ave., someone scratched graffiti into playground equipment. Loss $20.
Wednesday
Between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. Wednesday in the 2600 block of East Fair Street, someone scratched paint on a vehicle. Estimated loss $900.
Monday
Between 7 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of East Spruce Street, someone smashed a car window. Loss $500.
Between 12:01 a.m. and 12:50 p.m. at Georgia Matthews Elementary School, 111 E. Johnson St., someone shattered a window to the school. Loss $100.
Sept. 19
Between 8 p.m. Sept. 18 and 9 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 2500 block of North Main Street, someone slashed four tires. Loss $680.
Between 11:59 Sept. 18 and 2:28 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 2600 block of North Main Street, someone slashed a tire on a vehicle. Loss $250.
Sept. 18
Between 4 and 4:20 p.m. in the 200 block of College Drive, someone scratched a vehicle. Loss $300.
Between 10:30 a.m. Sept. 17 and 4:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at St. Catherine Medical Building, 310 E. Walnut St., someone cut sheet rock. Loss $10.
Between 6 p.m. Sept. 17 and 7:30 a.m. Sept. 18 at Enterprise Rental, 310 W. Kansas Ave., someone broke a window to the business. Loss $400.
Thursday
Between 11:30 and 11:45 a.m. in the 2700 block North 11th Street, a known suspect pushed someone twice. Investigation continues.
Wednesday
Between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. in the 800 block of North Seventh Street, someone entered a residence and damaged a door. Loss $20.
Monday
At 5:47 p.m. in the 3500 block of Campus Drive, someone violated a court order.
Sunday
Between 6 p.m. Sept. 16 and 10 p.m. Sunday at Southwest Oral Surgical Center, 311 Campus Drive, Suite 101, someone falsified information to gain pain medication.
Between 9:45 and 10 p.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard, two women battered each other, causing minor injuries. Investigation continues.
Sept. 19
Between 12:40 and 12:50 a.m. in the 1300 block of St. John St., someone hit a person in an angry manner while another subject damaged a vehicle window. Loss $300.
Between 8 a.m. Sept. 3 and 4 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 2400 block of Heritage Avenue, someone attempted to use a person's information to obtain a credit card.
