Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Wednesday

Sharon Molina, 26, 2823 El Dorado Place, was cited and released at 8:16 a.m. in the 2300 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

David Bustillos, 46, 212 Davis St., Apt. 8, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. in the 1500 block of East Chestnut Street on an allegation of unlawful possession in a public place.

Jordan Rincones, 16, 2829 Squire Place, was cited and relesaed at 3:42 p.m. in the 2100 block of East Mary Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Thefts/Losses

Sunday

Between Sept. 9 and Sunday at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., someone failed to return a person's ID card. Loss $3.

Sept. 9

Between Sept. 1 and Sept. 9 in the 800 block of Campus Drive, someone stole a cell phone. Loss $100.

Criminal Damage

Wednesday

Between 8 p.m. Monday and 6 p.m. Wednesday in the 2600 of Henderson Drive, someone used a rock to damage a motorhome. Loss $300.

Between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of Pawnee Road, someone used eggs to damage a vehicle. Loss $400.

Between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesd ayin the 1900 block of A Street, someone damaged a person's car. Loss $800.

Miscellaneous

Wednesday

Between 9:50 and 9:56 a.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street, a known person made threats toward another person.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Wednesday

Julio Ovievo-Terrazas, 28, Deerfield, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of operating a vehicle without a license.

Samuel Guevara, 36, 2709 Easy St., was arrested at 9:36 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of operating a vehicle without a license.

Zachary Salsbury, 21, 1411 Conkling Ave., was arrested at 9:40 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of operating a vehicle without a license and maximum speed limits.

Sirza Altamirano, 43, Liberal, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of maximum speed limits and no proof of insurance.

Jesus Ramos-Lopez, 26, Syracuse, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of no commercial driver's license.

Tori Fuentes, 18, 207 Washington St., was arrested at 1:03 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of probation violation.

Kerri Cole, 38, Holcomb, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on an out-of-county arrest warrant and on an allegation of felony theft of property or services.

Garden City Fire Department

Tuesday

At 9:08 a.m. at 2224 W. Kansas Ave. — gas leak (natural gas or LPG).

At 2:31 p.m. at 213 Spencer St. — alarm system sounded due to malfunction.
