Johnatan Ramirez, 21, Lakin, was arrested at 3:09 a.m. in the 2300 block of North Taylor Avenue on allegations of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.
Helena Mesa, 63, Delaware, Ohio, was cited and released at 1:25 p.m. in the 100 block of Belmont Place on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Steven Redick, 44, Louisburg, was cited and released at 11:30 a.m. in the 900 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Carina Borunda, 16, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 397, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Roberto Baca, 41, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 470, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on a Potter County, Texas warrant for manufacturing and/or delivering a controlled substance.
Pedro Asebedo Sr., 47, 370 S. Farmland Road, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. in the 700 block of East Fulton Street on a municipal warrant for failure to appear, a county warrant for probation violation on allegations of battery and obstruction for allegedly lying about his identity.
Joshua Rodriguez, 18, 1908 Vinzant St., was arrested at 5:32 p.m. in the 2000 block of St. John Street on an arrest-and-detain warrant for failure to appear for no driver's license.
Juan Diaz, 32, 1609 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 2:14 a.m. in the 700 block of East Fulton Street on allegations of driving under the influence and no proof of insurance.
Darlen Taplet, 50, 210 S. Farmland Road, Lot 11, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. in the 1600 block of North Taylor Avenue on allegations of driving under the influence, no valid driver's license and littering.
Elizabeth Viengthip Sabandith, 28, 2001 Apache Drive, was cited and released at 12:39 a.m. in the 100 block of North Fifth Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Lucy Ann Stringer, 60, 604 N. 13th St., was cited and released at 12:10 a.m. in the 1900 block of Harding Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Yomaira Ramirez, 20, 1265 Rolling Hills Road, was cited and released at 10:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of JC Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Lee Cramer, 55, 2322 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 5:04 p.m. in the 300 block of East Hamline Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Shelli Ward, 40, 2210 Dee Ave., was arrested at 5:46 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.
Joseph Whatley, 21, 1707 W. Campbell St., was arrested at 5:09 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center on a warrant from Riley County.

Leticia Valverde, 29, 802 Summit St., was arrested at 8:12 p.m. at Walmart on an allegation of theft of mechanical components.
Jaime Villacis-Cabanilla, 21, 1916 Harding Ave., Apt. 8, was cited and released at 9:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of Mac Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Kyle Poyner, 21, 2709 Chainey St., Apt. 1, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. in the 2700 block of Chainey Street on allegations of assault and disorderly conduct.
Aimee Shoup, 30, Hutchinson, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. at Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Humberto Martinez, 47, 1305 Main St., was cited and released at 8:45 p.m. at Martinez Mechanic Shop, 102 Anderson Road, on allegations of non-compliance with requirements of keeping a pit bull.
Elvis Hernandez, 16, 1524 N. 13th St., was cited and released at 9:44 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of reckless driving.
Thefts/Losses
Saturday
Between 3:15 and 8:30 a.m. at Kwik Shop, 1102 Campus Drive, a known suspect took money out of a person's account. Investigation continues. Loss $400.
Friday
At 3 p.m. in the 100 block of JC Street, someone took a decal. Investigation continues. Loss $1.
At 1 p.m. at Discount Liquor, 713 E. Kansas Plaza, somene took liquor and beer without paying. Loss $37.
At 1:51 p.m., at Out West, 724 Campus Drive, someone entered the store and took a wooden pipe. Loss $70.
July 18
At 1 p.m. at Quicker Market, 4005 E. U.S. Highway 50, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took a handicap placard.
June 21
Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Dillons, 1305 E. Kansas Ave., someone signed another person's name on two checks. Loss $440.
