Arrests/Citations

Today

Jonathan Gibbons, 15, 105 E. Hackberry St., was arrested at 2:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of Belmont Place and taken to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation on an allegation of curfew.

Eri Chavarria, 18, 505 Elm St., was arrested at 12:59 a.m. in the 200 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Tuesday

Maria Billareal, 50, 2213 Lincoln Road, Apt. 14, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. at Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of theft and battery after allegedly taking $150 of jewelry and clothing, then battering the employees who detained her.

Albino Gamez, 49, Rexford, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. in the 1400 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Thang Hmung, 30, 305 W. Mary St., Apt. G5, was cited and released at 12:45 p.m. in the 1100 block of Mildred Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Leandra Webb, 21, 1911 Chesterfield Drive, was cited and released at 12:35 p.m. in the 2900 block of East Mary Street on an allegation of battery that occurred at the Recycling Center.

Theft/Losses

Today

Between 6:40 and 6:45 a.m. in the 1300 block of Long Boulevard, someone forced entry into a vehicle and attempted to take electronics. Damage loss $200.

Tuesday

Between 6:30 and 7 p.m. at Sears, a known person took women's perfume and children's clothing without paying. Loss $58.

July 8

Jose Castillo-Rosales, 25, 1007 Conkling Ave., was arrested at 10:43 a.m. at th Law Enforcement Center on allegations of failure to appear on battery on a law enforcement officer, obstruction and disorderly conduct.

July 1

April Williams, 1211 New York Ave., was cited and released at 4 p.m. in the 1200 block of New York Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Finney County Sheriff's Office Arrests/Citations

Tuesday

Ovis Grajeda, 31, 340 S Farmland Road, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of aggravated battery.

Robert Alvarado, 34, 2820 Terrace Place, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. in Finney County on an allegations of intent to cultivate and/or distribute narcotics.

Vincente Martinez Jr., 18, 6145 Waterhole Drive, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. in Finney County on an arrest-and-detain order.
