Garden City Police Department Arrest/Citations
Friday
Nicholas Jones, 26, 1620 Conkling Ave., was arrested at 1 a.m. at Time Out, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Thursday
Jasmin Woodham, 22, 1503 St. John St., was cited and released at 9:25 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Twelfth Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Gabriel Apodaca, 27, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., Apt. 112, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. in the 2200 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of leaving the scene of an accident.
Andrew Marez, 16, 1112 N. 12th St., was cited and released at 10:30 am. at Garden City High School, 1312 N. Seventh Street, on an allegation of possession of tobacco by a minor.
David Brandt, 15, 9540 Mennonite Road, was cited and released at 2:45 p.m. at GCHS on an allegation of possession of tobacco by a minor.
Marcus Denton, 38, Liberal, was cited and released at 8:15 p.m. at McDonald's, 1106 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Stevan Ramirez, 29, 2514 Dee Ave., Apt. 4, was arrested at 11:45 in the 800 block of Safford Avenue on allegations of driving while suspended, no proof of insurance and court order habitual violator.
Rebecca Garcia, 38, Deerfield, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. in the 500 block of North Twelfth Street on an allegation of obstruction and driving while suspended.
Felix Zarmiento, 35, 207 S. Seventh St., was arrested at 11:45 p.m. in the 100 block of North Eleventh Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Wednesday
A 13-year-old male was arrested and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation, 2701 N. 11th St., at Charles Stones Center, 401 Jennie Barker Road, on an allegation of possession of marijuana.
A 12-year-old of GardenCity was arrested at Charles Stones Center, and taken to PATH on an allegation of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Daniel Soris, 18, 605 Labrador Blvd., Apt. 112, was arrested at GCHS, 1412 N. Main St., on an allegation of criminal trespass.
Criminal Damage
Thursday
Between Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Thursday at 8 a.m. in the 700 block of North Taylor Avenue, someone smashed a headlight. Loss $50.
Miscellaneous
Thursday
Between 12:23 and 1:01 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Thirteenth Street, someone called another after being warned by law enforcement not to call. Investigation continues.
At 7:25 p.m. in the 2000 block of Juniper Lane, two persons pushed each other during an argument. Investigation continues.
Kayla Cordes, 20, 223 Taylor Ave., was arrested at 9:05 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant for failure-to-appear for review.
Finney County Sheriff's Office Arrests/Citations
Thursday
Cody Oberheim, 21, 507 Meeker Drive, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Gene Hankins Jr., 47, 805 N. Seventh St. was arrested at 11:25 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of three counts of domestic battery, intimidation of a witness, theft, battery, three counts of criminal trespass in defiance of a court order and aggravated burglary.
Tomas Ren-Jimon, 35, 601 N. 11th St., was arrested at 1 p.m. in Finney County on a detainer.
Frank Garcia, 21, 1114 W. Campbell St., was arrested at 1:45 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of probation violation.
Jasmine McDowell, 19, 1806 Harding Ave., was arrested at 2 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of contributing to a child's misconduct.
Kayla Cordes, 20, 223 N. Taylor Ave., was arrested at 5 p.m. in Finney County on allegations of obstruction in a felony case, contributing to a child's misconduct and on a municipal bench warrant.
