Feb. 14

Oscar Flores, 19, 509 Jenny Ave., was cited and released at 2:56 p.m. in the 500 block of Jenny Avenue on an allegation of a prior possession of marijuana that occurred Jan. 17.

Magin Nikole Mayer, 16, Scott City, was arrested and released to parents at Programs Assessments Treatment Habilitation, 2701 N. 11th St., at 3:55 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft of grooming items.

Todd Woodruff, 20, Scott City, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. at Walmart on an allegation of aiding a misdemeanor.

Victor Diaz-Verduzco, 35, 1533 N. 13th St., Apt. 6, was arrested at 9:04 p.m. in the 2300 block of Tonio Avenue on allegations of driving under the influence, obstruction and no valid driver's license.

Benito Garcia, 30, 2405 Lee St., was arrested at 8:17 p.m. in the 1000 block of Pearl Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Kerry Garcia, 40, 311 W. Fair St., was cited and released at 4:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Hattie Street on allegations of battery, vicious animal and dog at large.

Adolfo Salazar-Contreras, 54, 907 Harold Ave., was arrested at 10:19 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Tenth Street on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Martin Ramos, 44, 3360 Jennie Barker Road, was arrested at 10:31 p.m. in the 1000 block of East Fulton Street on allegations of driving under the influence, driving while suspended and transport of an open container.

Anslun Hutchinson, 19, 1517 E. Chestnut St., was cited and released at 9:04 p.m. in the 200 block of Davis Street on an allegation of prior theft that occurred Nov. 10, 2009 at Walmart.

Jada Market, 41, 2820 Terrace Place, Apt. 3, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. in the 2500 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Afri Mathews, 21, 1501 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 2, was arrested at 7:55 in the 1500 block of East Chestnut on allegations of driving under the influence, obstruction, failure to report accident and no proof of insurance.

Isaid Lopez, 14, 2003 Apache Drive, was arrested and released to PATH at 11:07 p.m. in the 500 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of curfew violation.

Alejandro Lopez, 14, 711 Mulberry St., was arrested and released to PATH at 11:07 p.m. in the 500 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of curfew violation.

Antonio Adame, 12, 711 Mulberry St., was arrested at 11:07 in the 500 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of curfew violation.

Katherine Deegan, 60, 1404 Labrador Blvd., was cited and released at 11:37 a.m. at Cigarette Outlet, 504 E. Fulton St., on an allegation of selling tobacco to a minor.

Luz Martin, 30, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 208, was cited and released at 12:17 p.m. at Quicker Market, 3505 E. U.S. Highway 50, on an allegation of selling tobacco to a minor.

Durve Vasquez Rios, 44, 1113 Safford Ave., was cited and released at 11:50 a.m. at Presto, 501 E. Fulton St., on an allegation of selling tobacco to a minor.

Valentin Reynaga, 950 Jennie Barker Road, Lot 111, was cited and released at 4:42 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of possession of marijuana.

Elias Ramirez, 16, 209 S. Seventh St., was arrested and released to PATH at 10 p.m. at GCHS on allegations of battery and disorderly conduct that occurred Feb. 10.

Miguel Lucero, 16, 2110 Apache Drive, was arrested and released to PATH at 10 p.m. at GCHS on allegations of battery and disorderly conduct that occurred Feb. 10.

Toby Dominguez, 15, 3800 Porterhouse Drive, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. at PATH on allegations of battery and disorderly conduct that occurred Feb. 10. He was also arrested on an arrest-and-detain order.

Romaldo Schumate, 15, 311 N. 11th St., was cited and released at 10:03 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center on an allegation of prior damage that occurred at GCHS.

Tuesday

At Georgia Matthews Elementary School, 111 E. Johnson St., someone broke out a passenger side window and took a bag containing school books and keys. Damage loss $300. Theft loss $160.

Between 6 and 9:40 p.m. at La Primera Iglesia Bautista, 309 W. Campbell St., someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took a purse containing cash and miscellaneous papers. Loss $420.

Between 7:45 and 9 p.m. in the 2000 block of North Seventh Street, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took a leather purse with miscellaneous papers. Loss $20.

Between 3:15 and 9:52 p.m. in the 2200 block of North Sixth Street, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took a car stereo.

Between Jan. 5 and Tuesday in the 400 block of North Eighth Street, someone removed a year decal from a license plate. Loss $1.

Feb. 15

At 11:20 a.m. at Kwik Shop, 1102 Campus Drive, someone took a case of beer. Loss $7.

Between Feb. 14 at noon and Feb. 15 at noon at Walmart, someone took a candy machine. Loss $35.

Between 7 p.m. Feb. 14 and 8 a.m. Feb. 15 at Tim & Jerri's Auto Sales, 1203 W. Campbell St., someone stole the headlight assemblies from a vehicle. Loss $400.

Between 5 p.m. Feb. 14 and 1 p.m. Feb. 15 in the 1400 block of Walker Street, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took stereo equipment. Loss $1,550.

Between 5 and 5:03 a.m. in the 100 block of Stevens Street, someone took a vehicle that was left running with the keys in it. Loss $4,100.

Between 9 p.m. Feb. 14 and 6:30 a.m. Feb. 15 in the 1200 block of Old Manor Road, someone took a vehicle. Loss $6,000.

Feb. 13

Between 3:25 and 3:41 p.m. in the 2300 block of East Kansas Avenue, someone took a shopping bag and clothes while the victim was trying on an outfit. Loss $91.

Feb. 12

At 3:15 p.m. at Garden City Inn, 1202 W. Kansas Ave., someone took a candy machine from the business. Loss $100.

Between Feb. 11 and Feb. 12 at Garden City Community College, 601 Campus Drive, someone took a TV in the common area of the dorms. Loss $50.
