Ralph Lopez, 20, 2308 Dee Ave., was cited and released at 3:20 p.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of reckless driving.
Aniceto Flores, 57, 2002 St. John St., was arrested at 10:04 a.m. in the 2000 block of St. John St. on a municipal warrant.
Daniel Norton, 31, Sublette, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. in the 400 block of East Spruce Street on multiple warrants.
Mark Ortega, 19, 218 Bellevue Ave., was cited and released at 10:34 a.m. in the 2000 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Tuesday
Jasmine Packard, 28, 1302 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 1, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Chestnut Street, on an allegation of possession of methamphetamines.
Judy Net Detvongsa, 16, 2207 Cherokee Road, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft. and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.
Jessica Solis, 18, 2914 Fleming St., Apt. 714, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. at Walmart, on allegations of theft and contributing to a child's misconduct.

Monday
Vanessa Galvan, 21, 306 Bellevue Ave., was cited and released at 2:45 p.m. at Dillons, 1211 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Julio Caesar Angulo-Chavez, 44, 1408 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 3:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Taylor Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Jorge Herrera, 18, 2302 Pawnee Road, was arrested at 2:38 p.m. in the 2700 block of Buffalo Way Boulevard on allegations of battery and disorderly conduct.
Thefts/Losses
Wednesday
Between 7:30 a.m. and 1:51 p.m. in the 900 block of Howerton, an unknown person entered a residence and stole the a TV. Loss $800.

Alan Lee Redburn, 45, 150 Industrial Drive, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on allegations of criminal damage, domestic battery and criminal restraint.
Carlos Alberto Ramon, 28, 626 N. Johnson St., Syracuse, was arrested at 9 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Luis Alonzo Mendoza-Leyva, 27, 200 E. Third St., Ingalls, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
