Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Monday

Tre King, 17, 301 W. Olive St., was cited and released at 12:41 a.m. in the 100 block of West Olive Street on an allegation of curfew violation and released to a parent.

Jennifer Ruvalcaba, 38, 211 S. 10th St., was cited and released at 7:52 a.m. in the 100 block of East Mary Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Andres J, Juarez, 38, 1401 N. 11th St., was cited and released at 8:04 a.m. in the 100 block of East Mary Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Brian L. Hahn, 29, 2914 Fleming St., No. 314, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. in the 2500 block of North Third Street on an outstanding municipal warrant.

Celia Guterriez, 42, 805 S. Pennsylvania Ave., was arrested at 2:14 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Elva Segovia, 24, 607 E. Laurel St., was arrested at 4:46 p.m. in the 900 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Gasper Ramirez, 16, Dodge City, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. in the 500 block of East Santa Fe Avenue on out of county warrant.

Vincent Martinez, 21, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 351, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. in the 400 block of North Eighth Street on a Finney County warrant.

Kobit Phetdera, 18, 809 Jenny Ave., was cited and released at 7:50 p.m. in the 1000 block of Lamplighter Lane on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Marquasha Robinson, 17, 2520 N. Third St., was arrested at 8:17 p.m. in the 1200 block of Old Manor Road on an arrest-and-detain order and lodged in the Juvenile Detention Center.

Albert Rios, Jr., 32, 206 Wesley St., was arrested at 10:56 a.m. in the 200 block of Wesley Street on allegations of driving under the influence, possession of a stimulant, driving while license revoked, fleeing and eluding a police officer, transporting an open container and refusal of a preliminary breath test.

Vicente C. Bribiesca, 24, 3212 Primrose St., was arrested at 4:47 p.m. at Target, 2401 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and refusal of a preliminary breath test.

Guadalupe Manzo, 24, 3501 Campus Drive, was arrested at 4:47 at Target on an allegation of possession of marijuana.

Jeffrey Shane Sanders, 36, Ingalls, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. in the 400 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Maria Torres, 46, 614 W. Olive St., was cited and released at 9:47 p.m. in the 400 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Tiffany Elizabeth Ramos, 26, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 445, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. in the 500 block of East Fulton Street on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer and intoxicated pedestrian.

Antonio Guterrez-Mendoza, 35, 505 Bancroft St., was arrested at 9:02 p.m. in the 4000 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on allegations of driving under the influence and transporting an open container.

Friday

Moises Guerra, 20, 2101 W. Kansas Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested at 2:49 p.m. in the 1100 block of Mildred Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Heather Harshbarger, 17, 7306 D Road, Ingalls, was cited and released at 8:43 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Fulton Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Abraham Liberto, 23, 205 N. 10th St., was cited and released at 6:42 p.m. in the 800 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Guadalupe Almeda-Nunez, 33, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 370, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer and driving while suspended.

Billy Brown, 41, Liberal, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. in the 500 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of battery.

A 12-year-old Garden City boy was arrested at 11:19 a.m. at Bernadine Sitts Intermediate Center, 3101 Belmont, on an allegation of distribution of a substance represented as a controlled substance and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habiliation.

Thursday

Michelle Ramirez, 35, 504 W. Maple St., was arrested at 6:01 p.m. in the 500 block of North 13th Street on a municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Kiefer Mead, 17, 210 S. Farmland Road, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. at 2701 N. 11th St. on an arrest-and-detain order.

Sunday

Between 7:08 and 8:10 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue, a known person keyed a vehicle.

Thefts/Losses

Tuesday

Between 8:30 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of St. John Street, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a stereo. Loss $30.

Monday

Between 12:01 and 12:07 a.m. in the 200 block of West Holmes Avenue, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and attempted to steal the battery before being interrupted by witnesses.

Nov. 28

At noon in the 300 block of North 10th Street, an unknown person entered a residence and stole a handgun. Loss $500.

Nov. 16

Between 8 a.m. Nov. 15 and 5 p.m. Nov. 16 at Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., an unknown person failed to return lost property.

Miscellaneous

Sunday

Between 8:30 and 8:40 p.m. in the 1800 block of Sequoyah Drive, an unknown person set fire to pampas grass and fences. Loss $3,400.

Saturday

Between Friday at 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of North Eighth Street, an unknown person entered a vehicle and took property. Loss $130.

Friday

Between 2 and 4 p.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50, an unknown person took money from someone. Loss $800.

Thursday

Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. at Nature's Way, 719 E. Kansas Plaza, an unknown person passed a counterfeit bill. Loss $100.
