Garden City Police Department

Arrests/Citations

Friday

Randall Wood, 49, 2001 N. Main St., was cited and released at 3:25 p.m. in the 2000 block of North Main Street on an allegation of posting advertising on city utility poles.

Raddul Shareef Logan, 34, transient, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. at the Finney County Public Library, 605 E. Walnut St., on allegations of battery, assault, disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Austin Kuneyl, 17, 101 Nottingham Court, was arrested at 8:06 a.m. in the 100 block of Nottingham Court on allegations of aggravated burglary, theft, two counts of battery and disorderly conduct that occurred on Thursday.

DeJuan Landrum, 29, 205 N. First St., was arrested at 11:27 pm. in the 100 block of Stevens Avenue on allegations of criminal damage after he allegedly used an unknown object to break out a window on an apartment. Loss $150.

David Lowe, 20, 1809 E. Laurel St., Apt. 3, was cited and released at 9:59 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.

Russell Harp, 16, 1611 Longhorn Drive, was cited and released at 8:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.

Thefts/Losses

Saturday

Between 12:01 and 2 a.m. in the 2000 block of Pawnee Road, someone took a vehicle, wrecked it and fled the scene.

Between 4:50 and 4:52 p.m. at Hastings, 2108 E. Kansas Ave., someone took video games and a toy. Loss $240.

Friday

Between 6:30 and 6:35 p.m. at McDonald's, 1613 E. Kansas Plaza, someone left her purse at the business and when she returned it was no longer there. Loss $20.

Between 1 and 1:30 a.m. at Time Out Sports Lounge, someone took a person's wallet and used their credit card at various locations. Loss $833.

Tuesday

At 10:06 a.m. at Garden City High School, 1412 N. Main St., someone took a phone. Loss $200.

Dec. 31, 2008

Between Jan. 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2008, in the 500 block of Chesterfield Drive, someone took personal checks.

Arrests/Citations

Friday

Abraham Teichroeb, 40, Pierceville was arrested at 9:06 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Saturday

Sonny Garcia, 23, 2920 El Dorado Place, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. in Finney County on a bench warrant.

Donald Smith, 43, 815 S. Main St., was arrested at 5:30 a.m. on allegations of manufacturing a controlled substance, felony possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent for unlawful use, marketing and/or distributing and/or manufacturing drug paraphernalia for illegal use, conspiracy to manufacture controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of ephedrine with intent for unlawful use and distributing with intent to manufacture paraphernalia for illegal use.

Holcomb Police Department

Saturday

Mark Sellers, 53, Holcomb, was arrested at midnight in Holcomb on allegations of driving while suspended and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
