Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations
Saturday
Stephanie Franco, 18, 2107 Dennison St., was arrested at 3:47 a.m. in the 100 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of person younger than 21 in consumption of alcohol.
Leroy Tafoya, 18, Holcomb, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of driving under the influence.
Cindy Rodriguez-Garcia, 46, 209 St. John St., Apt. 7, was cited and released at 12:13 a.m. in the 1200 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Brandon Reece, 25, Holcomb, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. in the 1800 block of Van Dittie Drive on an allegation of driving under the influence.
Jorge Garcia, 22, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 319, was arrested at the 6:45 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of auto theft. The vehicle was recovered. He was in custody on other allegations.

Amanda Marker, 25, Ulysses, was cited and released at 11:29 p.m. in the 400 block of North Main Street on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Jesus Garcia-Munoz, 35, Grand Island, Neb., was cited and released at 7:53 p.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Oscar Espinosa, 17, 4180 Nancy Ave., was cited and released at 4:28 a.m. on an allegation of no proof of insurance and reckless driving.

Maria Martin, 28, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., Lot 212, was cited and relesed at 8:43 p.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
David Vazquez, 16, 310 College Drive, Apt. 2, was cited and released at 4:40 p.m. in the 300 block of College Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
A 13-year-old girl was arrested and released to parents at 10:41 a.m. at Dillons, 1211 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., on an allegation of theft.
A 12-year-old girl was arrested and released to parents at 10:41 a.m. at Dillons on an allegation of theft.
Seth Gilliam, 15, Salina, was arrested at 1:33 p.m. in the 500 block of Fleming Street on allegations of obstruction, battery of a law enforcement official, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was then arrested on an allegation of violation of park hours that occurred on Nov. 25.
Mary Vasquez, 19, 1301 N. Main St., was cited and released at 11:30 p.m. in the 200 block of North 12th Street on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Wednesday
Ricky Angel Rodriguez, 16, 1713 Belmont Place, was arrested and released to his guardian at 5:45 p.m. in the 1700 block of Belmont Place on municipal warrants for no valid driver's license, speeding and loud music.

Saturday
Between 12:30 and 1:15 a.m. in the 2600 block of North Main Street, someone entered an unlocked car and took an iPod, cigarettes and an air filter. The air filter was recovered. Loss $196.
Friday
Between Nov. 25 and Friday in the 1700 block of Belmont Place, someone forced entry into a residence and took a television. Damage loss $100. Theft loss $450.
Between 10:50 and 10:54 a.m. at Kwik Shop, 1102 Campus Drive, someone pumped fuel and didn't pay. Loss $104.

At 10:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Fleming Street, someone used a bicycle tire pump to break the windshield of a vehicle. Loss $500.
Between 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. in the 300 block of West Olive Street, someone damaged trim on a vehicle. Loss $5.
Between 2 and 9:30 a.m. in the 2900 block of Belmont Place, someone broke the rear window out of a vehicle. Loss $160.
Between 12:15 and 10:19 a.m. in the 1400 block of West Campbell Street, someone broke the window out of a vehicle. Loss $150.
Between 12:01 and 11:30 a.m. in the 200 block of West Olive Street, someone broke the window out of a vehicle. Loss $170.
Between Nov. 25 and Friday at Buffalo Jones Elementary School, 708 N. Taylor Ave., someone put graffiti on the building. Loss $80.
Between Nov. 25 and Friday in the 1200 block of Hattie Street, someone damaged a vehicle with a BB gun. Loss $200.
Between 10 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of Bancroft Street, someone broke a mirror off a vehicle. Loss $100.
Between 9 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Gibson Street, someone broke a windshield. Loss $300.
At 2:20 a.m. at 1312 N. Main St., someone threw a rock through a glass door. Loss $500.
At 4:10 a.m. in the 2700 block of Chainey Street, someone used an unknown object to break a window on an apartment. Loss $40.
At 2 a.m. in the 900 block of East Hamline Street, someone threw a rock through the rear window of two vehicles. Loss $600.
At 2 a.m. in the 600 block of East Hamline Street, someone threw a rock through a rear window of a vehicle. Loss $150.
