Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Today

Brandon Clentscale, 21, 205 S. Third St., Apt. 3, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. in the 600 block of East Walnut Street on allegations of driving under the influence, driving while suspended, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, duty to report, fail to give information, and aiding and hosting an underage party.

Monday

Joshua Lee Hartley, 21, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 129, was cited and released at 10:40 a.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Trina Danette Rosas, 44, 212 Washington St., Apt. 5, was cited and released at 7:58 a.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street on an allegation of possession of stolen property from Finney County.

Juan Estrada-Perez, 30, 201 Buffalo Jones Ave., was arrested at 1:23 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Kansas Avenue on allegations of possession of cocaine, driving under influence and transport of an open container.

Sunday

Ricardo Saenz, 29, 2104 N. Sixth St., was cited and released at 10:40 p.m. in the 2100 block of North First Street on allegations of no valid driver's license and no proof of insurance.

Anthony De-la-torre, 20, 503 Eugene St., was cited and released at 10:14 p.m. in the 1500 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of reckless driving.

Armando Salas, 39, Norman, Okla., was cited and released at 12:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of North 11th Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jose Luis-Salazar-Hernandez, 23, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 122, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. in the 500 block of Elm Street on allegations of driving under the influence, hit-and-run vehicle accident, no proof of insurance and no valid driver's license.

Candace Herman, 19, 1906 B St., was arrested at 8:25 p.m. in the 1100 block of Hattie Street on allegations of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Juan Bonilla Jr., 17, was arrested and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation at 8:25 p.m. in the 1100 block of Hattie Street on allegations of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jose Cordero, 307 Evans St., was arrested at 2:13 a.m. in the 100 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Guillermo Ralios, 28, Dodge City, was arrested at 4:50 a.m. in the 900 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Guadalupe Reyes-Atade, 42, 901 Jenny Ave., was arrested at 9:37 a.m. in the 1300 block of West Thompson Street on an allegaton of driving while suspended and being a habitual violator.

Luis Carlos Coronado, 23, 1007 Conkling Ave., was arrested at 8:38 a.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street on allegations of possession of marijuana, prior aggravated assault, obstruction and battery that occurred on Oct. 10.

Salvador Diaz Jr., 34, Siloam Springs, Ark., was arrested at 5:43 p.m. in the 1500 block of East Hackberry Street on allegations of driving while license is suspended and no proof of liability insurance.

Mariana Penaran, 29, Coolidge, was cited and released at 4:21 p.m. in the 2300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of contributing to a child's misconduct.

Audrey Anne Amrine, 27, 212 Washington, Apt. 2, was cited and released at 8:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street on an allegation of loud music.

Freddy Martinez, 31, 2501 W. Mary St., Apt. 414, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. in the 300 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Saturday

Alberto Acosta-Chavez, 46, 1810 St., was cited and released at 9 p.m. in the 700 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Juan Antonio Torres-Aragon, 36, was cited and released at 11:29 a.m. in the 1400 block of West Fulton Street on an allegation for no valid driver's license and no liability insurance.

Robert Dawain Riddle, 40, 1367 Rolling Hills Road, was cited and released at 9:21 a.m. in the 800 block of North Main Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Saleman Ali Mohamud, 24, 605 Labrador Boulevard, Apt. 203, was cited and released at 4:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard on an allegation of battery that occurred earlier in the day at 300 W. Mary St.

Laura V. Dorado, 55, 6127 Waterhole Drive, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. in Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft of clothing from the store.

Tony R. Ferguson, 47, 2914 Fleming St., Apt. 510, was arrested at 3:21 p.m. in the 200 block of North First Street on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

Jones Joseph, 47, 212 1/2 Washington St., was arrested at 6:40 at St. Catherine Hospital, 401 E. Spruce St., on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Meagan Fitzsimmons, 25, 1502 St. John St., was arrested at 11:57 p.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Derric Wray, 44, transient, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

Sarah Morgan, 28, Ness City, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. in the 1100 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Luke Rojas, 18, 904 N. Seventh St., was cited and released at 11:15 p.m. in the 900 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of battery.

Tony Nunez, 49, Holcomb, was cited and released at 4:43 p.m. in the 500 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Cesar Palacios, 19, 612 W. Jones Ave., was arrested at 4:59 p.m. in the 200 block of East Laurel Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Friday

Kevin Beasley, 55, 2820, Terrace Place, was cited and released at 8:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of Terrace Place on an allegation of battery.

Ricardo Sepulueda, 29, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 425, was arrested at 4:23 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Jones Avenue on allegations of driving while suspended, being a habitual violator and no proof of insurance.

Thefts/Losses

Saturday

Between 12:01 and 8 a.m. in the 200 block of Washington St., someone took a license plate and decal sticker off of a vehicle.

Between 6 and 7 p.m. at St. Francis Academy, 1515 E. Kansas Ave., someone used an unknown tool to bend the front door lock. Loss $50.

Friday

Between Oct. 13 and 5 p.m. Friday in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, someone took a license plate.

Between 6 and 7 p.m. at Home Depot, 3110 E. Kansas Ave., someone took medication from a person. Loss $16.

Criminal Damage

Sunday

Between 4:30 and 7:15 p.m. in the 500 block of West Campbell Street, someone broke a car window. Loss $300.

Miscellaneous

Sunday

Between 7 a.m. Saturday and 8:17 p.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of North Main Street, someone attempted to use a person's identity to use a credit card.

Between 6:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the 600 block of West Fulton Street, someone kept a female at a residence and refused to let her leave. Investigation continues.

Friday

At 1:40 a.m. in the 1300 block of St. John Street, someone fired gunshots at people.

Monday

At 7:30 a.m. at 704 N. Fourth St. -- false alarm or false call.

Sunday

At 5:10 a.m. at 2600 N. Third St. -- motor vehicle accident with injuries.

At 12:19 p.m. at North Sixteen Mile Road and East Six Mile Road -- outside rubbish fire.

Saturday

At 4:35 p.m. at W. Walker St. and Summit St. -- passenger vehicle fire.

At 5:47 p.m. at 905 Sandplum Court -- grass fire.

At 7:14 p.m. at 605 E. Walnut St. -- gas leak (natural gas or LPG).

Friday

At 3:45 p.m. at Anderson Road and U.S. Highway 50 -- motor vehicle accident with no injuries.

At 5:18 p.m. at 3010 Larue Road -- motor vehicle accident/pedestrian accident.
