Wednesday

Nicholas Gonzalez, 21, Miles, Texas, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. at The Pantry, 511 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of driving under the influence and no proof of insurance.

Tuesday

Arturo Saucedo, 56, 950 Jennie Barker Road, No. 56, was cited and released at 9:45 a.m. in the 2200 block of East Business U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Juan Pablo Ibanez, 19, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Amy Gail Pena, 26, 511 Eugene Place, was cited and released at 11:58 a.m. in the 1400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Cruz Velasquez, 19, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, L277, was arrested at 2 p.m. in the 1500 block of East Laurel Street on a municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Andrew Beltran, 26, 606 Bancroft St., was arrested at 2:50 p.m. in the 700 block of Safford Avenue on an allegation of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Marisa Mondragon, 19, 704 Safford Ave., was arrested at 3:32 p.m. in the 700 block of Safford Avenue on allegations of aggravated assault, criminal restraint and battery.

Fabian Corrales, 28, 1533 N. 13th St. Apt. 5, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. in the 1500 block of 13th Street on an allegation of violation of a protective order for an incident that occurred on Monday.

Emeregildo Perez, 20, 613 N. Eighth St., was cited and released at 7:44 p.m. in the 2000 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Aaron Sauseda, 28, 601 W. Emerson St., No. 2, was cited and releaed at 8 p.m. in the 600 block of West Emerson Street on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer, failure to report an accident, removal of vehicle from roadway, transportation of an open container and failure to stop at an accident involving damage.

Holly Wuthnow, 28, Hutchinson, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. at McDonalds West, 1106 N. Taylor Ave., on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Karen Perez, 23, 208 Pennsylvania Ave., was cited and released at 9:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of East Mulberry Street on an allegation of driving without a valid driver's license.

Pruitt Loomis, 19, Dighton, was cited and released at 10:23 p.m. in the 1100 block of McCoy Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Diego Vazques, 21, 1103 Nancy Place, was cited and released at 11:05 p.m. at Finnup Park, 301 S. Fourth St., on an allegation of closure of parks.

Jace Austin Banner, 21, Dodge City, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. in the 2200 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Kirsten Barnes, 16, 2007 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 4:22 a.m. in the 600 block of North Fourth Street on allegations of curfew violation and consumption of alcohol by a minor and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Jessica Zavala, 16, 950 Jennie Barker Road, No. 47, was arrested at 5:16 a.m. in the 500 block of North Second Street on allegations of curfew violation, criminal trespass and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

David Lee Lara, 33, 924 N. 10th St., was arrested at 9:14 a.m. on a municipal/county violation and on an allegation of aggravated endangering of a child.

Mary Mata Lara, 41, 924 N. 10th St., was arrested at 9:21 a.m. on a municipal/county violation and on allegations of aggravated endangering of a child and driving while suspended.

Cory Michael Quandt-Lara, 23, 3501 N. Campus Drive, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. on allegations of aggravated endandering a child and abandonment of a child.

Nicole Stahlecker, 27, 1112 N. 12th St., was arrested at 1:35 a.m. in the 1100 block of North 12th Street on an allegation of battery.

Ryan James Burback, 27, 1905 Pawnee Road, No. A, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. in the 1900 block of Pawnee Road on an allegation of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Jose Nery Carrera, 20, 1307 A St., was cited and releasted at 12:08 p.m. in the 1000 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Jonathan Hernandez, 17, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 64, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. in the 4100 block of East Kansas Avenue on a county warrant for probation violation.

Criminal Damage

Tuesday

Between 1:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. in the 300 block of North Fourth Street an unknown person broke out a victim's car window. Loss $100.

Monday

Between 5 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. Monday in the 2600 block of Fleming Street an unknown person used a BB gun to shoot out a school zone light. Loss $50.

Between 7:30 and 8 p.m. in the 1500 block of Cottontail Court an unknown person threw an object at a window of the residence, Loss $150.

Thefts/Losses

Monday

Between 12:10 a.m. and 12 p.m. in the 1300 block of Cloud Circle, an unknown person broke into the victim's vehicle and took property without permission. Loss $850.

Between 1:45 and 3 p.m. at Money Lenders, 600 E. Kansas Plaza, an unknown person found and kept the victim's property that was left at the business. Loss $15.

Saturday

Between 12 and 6 p.m. at Salon Primaveras, 3225 Prairie Ave., an unknown person took the registration tag from the victim's vehicle. Loss $4.

At 1p.m. at IHOP, 2507 Crestway Drive. Loss $21.

Friday

Between 4 p.m. Thursday and 1:22 p.m. Friday in the 1200 block of A Street, an unknown person failed to return the victim's license tag that fell off the vehicle. Loss $3.

At 6:30 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person used the victim's credit card number to purchase cable TV service.

Oct. 3

Between 4:58 and 5:15 p.m. at Target, 2401 E. Kansas Ave., an unknown person stole merchandise from the business. Loss $439.

Miscellaneous

Saturday

At 11 a.m. at Burger King, 1601 Taylor Plaza, two subjects were involved in a physical altercation. Both subjects declined to prosecute.

At 2:45 p.m. at Garden Valley Retirement Village, 1505 E. Spruce St., a resident struck an employee during an argument. Case active.

Tuesday

Maricela Christina Vargas, 20, 150 E. Six Mile Road, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Brian Patrick Linn, 44, 2615 N. Main St., was arrested at 6 p.m. on an out-of-county warrant.

Monday

Justin Levi Perez, 19, 660 Gateway Court, was arrested at 3:11 a.m. on an allegation of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Michael Findley, 26, 13120 N. Jennie Barker Road, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant.

Joel Chavez, 27, 107 N. Third St., was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on a detainer and on an allegation of probation violation.

Shane Mickel Bond, 41, 422 E. Seventh Street, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on allegations of driving under the influence and transporting an open container.
