Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Monday

Raul Jimenez, 40, 2001 N. Third St., was arrested at 5:48 p.m. in the 2000 block of North Third Street on an allegation of domestic battery.

Ofelia Ramos-Leyva, 35, 509 1/2 N. 12th St., was cited and released at 7:33 a.m. in the 1100 block of JC Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Adam Janas, 28, 205 W. Fair St., was cited and released at 9:45 a.m. in the 2000 block of Center Street on allegations of no proof of insurance and no valid driver's license.

Alexandar Beltran, 22, 1606 W. Belton St., was arrested at 1:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of Taylor Avenue on a municipal warrant.

Luis Galvez, 21, 3620 N. Jennie Barker Road, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Taylor Avenue on allegations of possession of a hallucinogen and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Patricia Correa, 34, 1117 N. 11th St., was cited and released at 3:34 p.m. in the 1300 block of B Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Jesus Ferrel, 26, 602 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., was arrested at 4:22 p.m. in the 2300 block of Seventh Street on allegations of possession of a stimulant, possession of a hallucinogen and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Roberto Enriquez, 20, 305 1/2 N. Fourth St., was arrested at 3:52 a.m. in the 2100 block North Sixth Street on allegations of minor in consumption and contributing to a child's misconduct.

Braulio Rivera, 15, 305 1/2 N. Fourth St., was arrested and released to Programs Assessment Rehabilitation at 3:59 a.m. in the 2100 block of North Sixth Street on an allegation of curfew violation.

Miguel Enriquez, 17, 305 1/2 N. Fourth St., was arrested and released to Programs Assessment Rehabilitation at 3:59 a.m. in the 2100 block of North Sixth Street on an allegation of curfew violation.

Christian Bautista-Ramirez, 19, 1409 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 12:05 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of minor in consumption.

Luis Sanchez, 22, 3360 E. Rodkey Road, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on allegations of transportation of an open container and on a failure-to-appear warrant on criminal charges.

Sergio Pere-Herrera, 24, 156 Shamrock St., was arrested at 10:45 a.m. in the 100 block of Shamrock Street on a felony warrant for distribution of cocaine and no drug tax stamp.

Belinda Balderas, 38, 212 Washington St., Apt. 2, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street on a felony warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance,

Jentrey David Gill, 18, Holcomb, was cited and released at 3:42 p.m. in the 1100 block of JC Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Andrew James Marez, 19, 1112 N. 12th St., was arrested at 1:11 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Twelfth Street on allegations of felony criminal damage and two counts of domestic battery.

Naomi Begay, 23, 3501 Campus Drive, Apt. B103, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. in the 3500 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of domestic battery.

Saturday

Miguel Roman, 26, Holcomb, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. in the 100 block of North 10th Street on allegations of driving while suspended and a failure-to-appear warrant.

Rebecca Cantu, 60, 950 N. Jennie Barker Road, was cited and released at 10:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Alexis Castillo, 19, 505 N. 12th St., was arrested at 12:15 a.m. at Fulton Street Pub, 1301 E. Fulton St., on allegations of prohibited acts in clubs and taverns.

Karen Canales, 35, 509 Hazel St., was arrested at 2:20 a.m. in the 1500 block of North Twelfth Street on allegations of driving under the influence, duty to report an accident. failure to stop at accident involving damage, failure to give information and duty upon striking an unattended vehicle.

Asencion Garcia-Monarrez, 43, 1313 Bancroft St., was arrested a 8:50 a.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of theft and conspiracy to commit theft.

Leticia Guzman, 56, 210 W. Emerson Ave., was arrested at 8:50 a.m. at Walmart on allegations of theft and conspiracy to commit theft.

Margarita Ortiz, 46, 210 W. Emerson St., was arrested at 8:50 a.m. at Walmart on allegations of theft and conspiracy to commit theft.

Bertha Arroyo, 30, 909 Evans St., was arrested at 8:50 at Walmart on allegations of theft and conspiracy to commit theft.

Friday

James Wilson, 25, 950 Jennie Barker Road, Lot 144, was arrested at 10 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center on allegations of aggravated robbery, burglary and kidnapping.

Steve Rincones, 19, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 409, was arrested at 5:33 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of possession of marijuana.

Robert Escobar, 22, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 402, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. in the 400 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Manual Banda, 41, Boulder, Colo., was arrested at 1:17 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Thefts/Losses

Monday

Between 4:45 and 5:45 p.m. in the 2500 block of Fair Street, someone broke into a residence and took a TV. Loss $825.

Sunday

Between Friday and Sunday at Hastings, 2108 E. Kansas Ave., someone took video games from the store and then attempted to resell the video games to the store. Loss $172.

Between 2 and 2:22 a.m. in the 2100 block of North Sixth Street, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took electronic items and tools without permission. Loss $250.

Jan. 10

Between Dec. 20, 2012 and Jan. 10 in the 800 block of Campus Drive, someone took tools. Loss $650.

Thursday

Between 2:59 and 5 p.m. in the 2900 block of Fleming St., someone took DVDs and a gift card. Loss $100.

Jan. 16

Between 12:01 and 12:30 a.m. in the 800 block of East Fulton Street, someone damaged a vehicle and stole auto parts. Loss $390.

Criminal Damage

Sunday

Between 6 and 7 p.m. at St. Catherine Hospital, 401 E. Spruce St., someone used a magic marker to write graffiti on a smoking enclosure. Loss $2.

Between 12:30 and 10:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Prospect St., someone broke windows and damaged a car. Loss $800.

Friday

Between 12:01 and 12:10 a.m. in the 300 block of Fleming Street, someone broke a window at a business. Loss $200.

Between 9 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of Isabel Avenue, someone sprayed graffiti on concrete. Loss $50.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Saturday

Christal Coleman, 32, Woodward, Okla., was arrested at 9:40 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of identity theft, aggravated failure to appear, forgery and on a failure-to-appear warrant.

Friday

Omar Hernandez, 27, 1160 Lakeview Drive, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Gregorio Gonzalez, 22, 712 Summit St., was arrested at 7 p.m. in Finney County on an CSO ordered commitment.

William Manil, 35, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on an out-of-county arrest warrant.

Kansas Highway Patrol

Friday

Elsie Franco, 25, Sublette, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on allegations of driving under the influence and transporting an open container.
