Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Friday

Eric Hernandez, 23, 2801 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 2:41 a.m. in the 2800 block of North Eighth Street on a county warrant and a municipal warrant.

Meregildo Perez, 19, 613 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 2:41 a.m. in the 2800 block of North Eighth Street on a municipal warrant.

Daniel Hernandez, 28, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 375, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of DUI.

Christopher Soto, 36, 409 N. Second St., was arrested at 12:47 a.m. at Time Out, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on allegations of two counts of battery, assault on an officer, and interference with an officer.

Thursday

Albert Arreola, 19, 1360 Trails End, was arrested at 5:02 p.m. in the 2600 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of two counts of stalking, criminal threat, endangering a child, and two counts of domestic violence battery.

Yomaira Ramirez, 21, 603 Howerton Place, was arrested at 5 p.m. at Tyson, 3105 BP Road, on an allegation of violation of a court order.

Clarence Brown, 16, 605 Garden City Ave., was arrested at 10:43 a.m. at Youth Services on an arrest and detain order.

Kaitlyn Segovia, 16, 616 E. Mary St., was arrested at 10:12 a.m. in the 600 block of Garden City Avenue on allegations of disorderly conduct and criminal damage.

Michael Sinclair, 19, Wichita, was cited and released at 10:07 a.m. in the 600 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Thefts/Losses

Jan. 12

Between 4:30 and 5 p.m., at McDonalds, 1613 E. Kansas Ave., a person left his wallet in the business containing personal documents. Loss $12.

Thursday

Ana Medina, 22, 210 S. Second St., was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on an allegation of tax violation with cigarettes or tobacco.

Maria Rubio, 51, 2809 N. U.S. Highway 83, was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on allegations of domestic battery and intimidation of a witness.

Justin Smith, 19, 2601 Belmont St., was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on an allegation of intercourse with a 15-year-old child.

Angelica Ortega, 31, Ulysses, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on an allegation of theft.

Stephen Calvin, 37, 1606 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 9 a.m. on a community service ordered commitment.
