Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Friday

Lucio Villapando, 36, Plainview, Texas, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. in the 700 block of Jenny Avenue on allegations of criminal damage, disorderly conduct, an out of county warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges and an out of state warrant for failure to appear on criminal charges.

Thursday

Guillermo Escobar, 24, 4101 E. U.S. Highway, 50 Lot 402, was cited and released at 4:46 p.m. in the 500 block of Jennie Barker Road on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. Cesar Pardo, 18, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 215, was cited and released at 3:51 p.m. in the 3500 block of East Highway 50 on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Daniela Tamez, 21, 2105 N. Sioux Drive, was arrested at 3:30 on an allegation of theft.

Jorge Enriquez, 23, 615 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 1:29 p.m. in the 100 block of Fleming Street on a municipal warrant.

Luis Galvez, 21, 3620 N. Jennie Barker Road, was cited and released at 2 a.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50 on an allegation of criminal damage.

Taryn Ellis, 45, 1607 Kello St., was arrested at 10:36 a.m. in the 1600 block of Kello Street on a municipal warrant.

Jacie Myran, 16, 1714 Old Manor Road, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. in the 1700 block of Old Manor Road on a county bench warrant.

Wednesday

Isai Chairez, 21, 812 Pearl St., was cited and released at 12:19 a.m. in the 1400 block of Jenny Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Tuesday

Zackariah Cosner, 29, Lakin, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. in the 400 block of North Eighth Street on allegations of four counts of violation of protection from abuse.

Silvia Rojas-Peruda, 43, 950 Jennie Barker Road, No. 96, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. in the 3000 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Skylar Morales, 24, 1509 E. Laurel St., was arrested at 5:44 p.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Alexander Perez, 27, 605 Labrador Blvd., No. 134, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard on an allegation of failure to appear and possession of methamphetamines.

Moises Guerra, 23, 2101 W. Kansas Ave., No. 3, was cited and released at 5:40 p.m. in the 300 block of West Holmes Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Ernest Sarles, 25, Larned, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal bench warrant.

Keenan Tisdale, 20, 611 Campus Drive, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. in the 1200 block of Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Sunday

Wayne Steen, 40, 605 Garden City Ave., was arrested at 2:45 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on allegations of possession of marijuana and trafficking contraband in a correctional facility.

Criminal Damage

Thursday

Between 12 and 6 a.m. in the 1100 block of North 12th Street, a known person battered someone, caused dental damage to false teeth and minor injuries and stole a phone. Estimated loss $1,100.

Tuesday

At 7:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Fleming Street, an unknown person threw an unknown item through an apartment window. Loss $50.

Monday

At 10:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of Center Street, a known person took a Kindle Fire without permission. Investigation continues.

Thefts/Losses

Thursday

At 7:30 p.m. at Dillons West, 1211 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., an unknown person took baby formula without paying for it. Loss $30.

Between 5 and 5:20 p.m. at Dillons East, two known persons took batteries without paying for them. Loss $35.

Thursday

Jesse James Malloy, 35, 1010 N. Second St., was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on an allegation of criminal damage.

Kurt Leroy Boyer, 29, 407 Scott Lane, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

September Beth Martinez, 30, 202 Jeremy Lane, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

Victor Andrew Martinez, 29, 104 Darcie Drive, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on allegations of theft, identity theft, forgery and criminal use of a financial card.

Taryn Ellis, 44, 1607 Kello St., was arrested at 10:36 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant.

Gerardo Valenzuela-Munoz, 41, 409 School Ave., Weskan, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on allegations of possession of stolen property, theft and making false information.

Manuel Jesus Valenzuela, 37, 409 School Ave., Weskan, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on allegations of possession of stolen property, theft and making false information.

Eric Jens Stephen, 36, 708 Inge Ave., was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on allegations of stalking, criminal threat, violation of protection order, criminal trespass and aggravated burglary.

Ismael Jose Lopez, 24, 710 E. Chestnut St., was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

Donnie Ray Haynes, 303 Tyler Drive, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
