Carlos Benitez, 19, 1603 Neil St., was arrested at 5:21 a.m. in the 800 block of North Fourth Street on an allegation of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Christian Chavarrria, 21, 1309 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 3:25 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of disorderly conduct.
Andrea Monique Olivares, 22, 305 Evans St., was cited and released at 2:20 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of prior battery that occurred Sept. 7, 2009 in the 600 block of Fleming Street.
Adolfo Armenta, 46, 325 Colony St., was cited and released at 9:33 a.m. in the 1400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Deandra Guajardo, 19, 2930 El Dorado Place, Apt. 6, was cited and released at Walmart on an allegation of theft.

Bernie Cantu, 19, 950 Jennie Barker Road, Lot 6, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on allegations of no valid driver's license, no proof of insurance, and was cited on an allegation of domestic violence battery that occurred on Nov. 7, 2009.

Chrystal Lucy Stephens, 22, transient, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth Street, on an municipal warrant for battery.
James Dennis Romesburg, II, 31, 1208 St. John St., was cited and released at 10:40 p.m. in the 1200 block of St. John Street on an allegation of disorderly conduct.
Matthew James Gerber, 24, 2001 N. Main St., was cited and released at 11 p.m. in the 2000 block of North Main Street on an allegation of disorderly conduct.
