Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations
Wednesday
Eli Monroy-Montoya, 24, 1710 C St., was cited and released at 1:15 p.m. in the 1000 block of College Avenue on allegations of no valid driver's license and no proof of insurance.
A 13-year-old Garden City boy was arrested at 3:14 p.m. in the 1400 block of North Main Street on an allegation of criminal use of a weapon and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.
Victor Castro, 24, Liberal, was cited and released at 10:30 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street, on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Juan Mendez-Mendez, 20, unknown address, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street on an allegation of identity fraud.
Blanca Hernandez-Morales, 34, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was cited and released at 3:04 p.m. in the 1500 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Crispin Sanchez, 29, 905 W. Campbell St., was arrested at 9:57 p.m. in the 900 block of West Campbell Street on a municipal failure-to-appear warrant.
Tuesday
Eugene Hilburn, 50, 306 Buffalo Jones Ave., was arrested at 10:08 a.m. at on the 600 block of North Main Street on an arrest-and-detain order.
Benito Olsen, 47, 903 W. Olive St., was arrested at 6 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Third Street on an allegation of intoxicated pedestrian.
Randal Cook, 55, Holcomb, was cited and released at 8:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Monica Garelson, 28, 804 N. Sixth St., was arrested at 8:54 p.m. in the 800 block of North Sixth Street on an allegation of aggravated battery.
Jonathan Matthew Ortiz, 28, 903 N. 13th St., was cited and released at 8:08 p.m. in the 200 block of West Kansas Avenue, on allegations of no valid driver's license and no proof of insurance.
Criminal Damage
Wednesday
Between 5 and 8 p.m. in the 2000 block of Crestway Drive, someone forced entry into a residence and stole jewelry. Theft loss $3,400. Damage loss $5.
Tuesday
Between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the 1800 block of West Kansas Avenue, an unknown person entered a home and damaged items. Loss $280.
Between 7:35 and 7:40 p.m., someone entered a shed behind a business and smoked cigarettes and burned leaves. No damage.
Monday
Between midnight Saturday and 8 a.m. Monday In the 1900 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue, someone used paint to write on a wall. Loss $25.
Thefts/Losses
Wednesday
Around 8 a.m., at 1607 Taylor Ave., someone rented multiple tools valued at over $4,000 and failed to return them after multiple attempts by the owner to recover the property.
Between 7 and 8:59 p.m. in the 200 block of East Maple Street, someone threw stones through a glass door of a residence. Loss $700.
Between 11 and 11:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of St. John Street, someone shattered a residence window. Loss $100.
Jan. 4
Between 11 p.m. and midnight in the 100 block of South Sixth St., someone took a stero and amp from a car. Estimated loss $910. Investigation continues.

Wednesday
Leonardo Moralez-Bautist, 57, 1185 T-Bone Drive, was arrested at 9 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Hienrich Neustaeter, 18, Seminole, Texas, was arrested at 9 a.m. in Finney County on a failure-to-appear warrant.
Joaquin Mendez, 27, 1205 W. Lakeview Drive, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Johnny Gurule, 40, Farmington, N.M., was arrested at 10:17 a.m. on allegations of driving a commercial vehicle without a commercial driver's license, exceeding gross weight limits and no oversize permit on 12.5 foot wide load.
David Martinez, 22, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Roberto Moreno, 21, Lakin, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Priscilla Jibben, 24, 1085 Teardrop Lane, was arrested at 10:24 a.m. on an allegation of lack of vehicle liability insurance coverage.
Zulema Tarin, 34, Deerfield, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Ricardo Villegas-Ortiz, 27, 5800 E. Mansfield Road, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on allegations of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and using a wireless communication device while driving to send or receive messages.
Abraham Reyes-Armendar, 45, Syracuse, was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Carlos Ramon, 28, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on an arrest-and-detain order.
Jose Rivera-Mojica, 34, 807 Teitelbaum Ave., was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on a probation violation.
