Woman arrested on sex-crime allegations

A Holcomb woman has been arrested for allegedly having sexual relations with a 15-year-old boy.

Lisa Rae Green, 42, was arrested Thursday on allegations of criminal sodomy with a child, indecent liberties and aggravated indecent liberties.

The alleged incident or incidents occurred Oct. 7, 2008, and were reported as a crime to the Holcomb Police Department, said Finney County Sheriff Kevin Bascue, even though both Green and the boy claim the incidents were consensual, he said.

Under the law, children younger than 16 cannot give consent, Bascue said.

Green was released on her own recognizance after a judge granted a $10,000 bond order on the charges.
