Car show: To benefit the Emmaus House, registration hours are 8 to 11 a.m. today and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the Finney County Exhibition Building. The public can attend for free, although donations of nonperishable food items and cash will be accepted. The event will also include a silent auction from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, a live auction at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, a brisket dinner at 7 p.m. today, plus a variety of vendors, music and drawings for prizes. Gate passes are $5 per person, with the advanced gate opening at 4 p.m. and general admission gate open from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Members-only skeleton key passes are also available for $10 each through the Friends of Lee Richardson Zoo office.
