Cassandra Koenig and Zachary Cash were married Jan. 12, 2014, in a double-ring outdoor ceremony at The Sugar Bean Gazebo Gardens, Galveston Island, Texas. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Allan Post.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Barbara Koenig of Inola, Okla. She is the granddaughter of Jane and the late Max Froese, and Loleta and the late James Koenig, all of Inola.

The groom is the son of Terry and Gina Cash of Copeland. He is the grandson of Leslie and Gertrude Unruh of Copeland; and Joyce and the late Clyde Cash of Owasso, Okla.

Maid of honor was Brook Keonig, the bride's sister from Inola. Best man was Wesley Cash, the groom's brother from Broken Arrow, Okla.

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a wedding meal at the historic Gaido's famous seafood restaurant overlooking Galveston Beach.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Inola High School and a 2006 graduate of University of the Ozarks, where she received a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in marketing. She is employed by Cherokee Nation Entertainment as a buyer.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of South Gray High School, Montezuma, and is obtaining a bachelor's degree in administrative leadership from Tulsa County Community College and University of Oklahoma. He is employed by Omni Air International as an inventory control coordinator.

After a honeymoon Caribbean cruise with special friends, the couple is at home in Tulsa, Okla.
