Moscow boys, girls sweep visiting Pirates

Moscow 39, Rolla 22

At Moscow, the Lady Wildcats had little trouble as they held visiting Rolla to single digits in each quarter en route to a 39-22 Moscow win over the Lady Pirates on Tuesday.

Moscow's Kendra Haines led all players in the game with 18 points as teammate Kelsi Mueller also had double figures for the Lady Wildcats with 15 points.

Karly Clinesmith led Rolla with 11 points.

Moscow 43, Rolla 38

At Moscow, the Wildcats held off a fourth quarter Rolla rally as Moscow squeezed by the Pirates with a 43-38 win on Tuesday.

Mathew Pearson led Moscow with 13 points. Easton Bohl and Rigo Bustillos were also in double figures for the Wildcats with 11 points each.

Nick Link led Rolla with 13 points as the Pirates outscored Moscow 17-10 in the fourth quarter but 0-9 shooting from the free-throw line in the period and 4-20 hurt Rolla.
