Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Sunday

Edna Guevara, 28, 1106 Safford Ave., was cited and released at 4:14 a.m. in the 1100 block of Safford Avenue on an allegation of loud noises.

Rubio Raisdel, 30, 950 Jennie Barker Road, Lot 7, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road on allegations of driving under the influence, transporting an open container and no valid driver's license.

Jeremy Regner, 43, Colorado, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. at Jax Sports Bar, 1907 E. Mary St., on an allegation of prohibited acts in bars/taverns.

Jonathan Brown, 26, 505 Hudson St., was arrested at 11:04 p.m. in the 500 block of Hudson Street on municipal warrants.

Jose Dominguez, 15, 3750 C&S Circle, was arrested at 11:42 p.m. in the 1700 block of Julie Street on an allegation of curfew violation and released to parent.

Monday

Akkon Kenyang, 30, 205 1/2 Spencer St., was arrested at 12:03 p.m. in the 200 block of Spencer Street on an allegation of battery.

Jonathan Ramirez, 17, Wichita, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. in the 3000 block of Campus Drive on allegations of auto burglary, theft, driving under the influence, criminal damage and reckless driving.

Crystal Fink. 16, 1612 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 12:34 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Kansas Avenue on allegations of battery of a law enforcement officer, battery, disorderly conduct and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Jose Avila-Lara, 31, Syracuse, was cited and released at 2:18 a.m. in the 1000 block of JC Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Janie Moreno, 24, 950 Jennie Barker Road, was cited and released at 2:51 a.m. in the 500 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Ludwig Hans Schieber, 22, 1508 N. 12th St., was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on an allegation of theft.

Miguel Ramirez, 21, 2201 S. MacArthur St., was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on an allegation of pedestrian under the influence.

Jasmine Marie Leija Villareal, 20, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on allegations of consumption of alcohol and criminal trespass.

Tuesday

David Beeson, 52, Scott City, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. in the 1700 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of no valid driver's license and driving while suspended.

Stephanie Torres, 18, 2902 El Dorado Place, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on allegations of perjury and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Xavier Fonseca, 21, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., No. 32, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on a municipal warrant.

Lee Longoria, 19, 2010 Commanche Drive, was cited and released at 10:03 p.m. in the 1000 block of Center Street on an allegation of racing on highways.

Criminal Damage

Saturday

Between 4:15 and 4:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Jennie Barker Road, an unknown person painted graffiti on an electrical box in red spray paint. Estimated loss $50.

Thefts/Losses

Friday

Between 11 and 12:30 p.m. in the 300 block of North Sixth Street, an unknown person stole a road bike. Loss $300.

Between 10:39 and 10:50 p.m. at Garden City Liquor, 1115 W. Campbell St., an unknown person stole items from the business. Estimated loss $206.

Between 1:58 and 3 p.m. Friday in the 1800 block of West Kansas Avenue, an unknown person took a decal off of a vehicle. Estimated loss $1.

Saturday

Between 12 a.m. and 10:20 p.m. in the 1600 block of Jan Street, an unknown person stole a tail light cover.

Monday

Between 5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday in the 700 block of Ballinger Street, an unknown person entered a building and took property without permission. Estimated loss $1.250.

Between 8 a.m. Aug. 28 and 8 a.m. Monday in the 1600 block of Conkling Avenue, an unknown person took a lost decal. Loss $3.

Sept. 5

Between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Taylor Avenue, an unknown person bought items with a counterfeit $20 bill.

Saturday

Beteween 4:15 and 4:30 p.m. in the 500 block of North 13th Street, a known person caused several people to be alarmed and angered and left the area. Investigation continues.

Between 9:05 and 10:30 a.m. in the 3200 block of Campus Drive, a known male battered a known female. Investigation continues.

Monday

Berny Cantu, 22, Holcomb, was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Finney County Sheriffs Office

Sept. 5

Raul Fernando Espinoza, 29, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on an out-of-county warrant.

Dalton Cole Walker, 22, Fowler, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on allegations of felony possession of drugs, misdemeanor possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Orin Wirth, 53, 2205 Menke St., was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Ezicio Anthony Riojas, 20, 212 S. 10th St., was arrested at 10 a.m. on a probation violation.

Rosalba Corrales-Meza, 46, 201 E. Jones Ave., was arrested at 7:33 p.m. on an allegation of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Mario Castillo Valdez, 46, 385 S. Karen St., was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Melvin Bladmir Rivas, San Angelo, Texas, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. on an out-of-state offense and on an allegation of transporting an open container.

Marcos Antonio Gramajo, 30, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 3 p.m. on two municipal bench warrants for failure to appear and on allegations of theft, burglary, possession of drugs, two counts of incitement by words or conduct to produce danger or injury, three counts of aggravated battery, two counts of battery, two counts of criminal damage, aggravated burglary, and aggravated robbery.

Jose Andres Ramirez, 18, 5728 Mansfield Road, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Randall Scott George, 42, 1805 Mikes Drive, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on allegations of criminal trespass, attempted aggravated burglary and criminal damage.

Monday
