Friday
Lisa Martinez, 22, Holcomb, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. at Time Out, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of prohibited acts in bars or taverns.
Richard Jelinek, 31, 209 W. Albert St., was arrested in the 200 block of West Albert Street on an allegation of being an intoxicated pedestrian.
Luis Robles, 23, 1706 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 1:41 a.m. in the 1100 block of Bancroft Street on allegations of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving in violation of restrictions and disobeying a traffic control device.
Eric Gilbert, 27, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested at 4:10 a.m. in the 2800 block of Kris Place on allegations of battery on a law enforcement officer, assault on a law enforcement officer and obstruction.
Ramon Morales, 22, 203 S. Sixth St., was arrested at 12:26 a.m. in the 200 block of West Fulton Street on allegations of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and no proof of liability insurance.
Dejuan Landrum, 29, 205 W. Fair St., was cited and released at 12:20 a.m. at Time Out on an allegation of smoking in a public building when prohibited.
James Williams, 55, of an unknown address, was cited and released at 12:20 a.m. at Time Out on an allegation of smoking in a public building when prohibited.
Lee Gallegos, 51, 2517 Coachman Lane, was cited and released at 12:20 a.m. at Time Out on an allegation of smoking in a public place when prohibited.

Kimberly Foth, 27, 1309 N. Main St., Apt. 2, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on an allegation of aggravated arson.
Kathryn Burgardt, 30, Holcomb, was cited and released at 7:50 a.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Jose Mendoza, 38, 3260 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 5:59 p.m. in the 500 block of North Fifth Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Christian Garcia, 25, Liberal, was cited and released at 2:35 p.m. in the 1800 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Manoell Almarez, 33, 1903 W. Maple St., was arrested at 7:15 p.m. at Time Out, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on allegations of obstruction and prohibited acts in bars and taverns.
Nicholas Watkins, 29, 905 Pearl St., was arrested at 7:15 p.m. in the 1200 block of North 12th Street on allegations of driving while suspended, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and no drug-tax stamp.
Ashley Beasley, 16, 2913 Loraine St., was arrested at 11:50 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Jones Avenue and lodged at the Juvenile Detention Center on two felony county warrants.
Arthur Estrada III, 29, 305 Evans St., was arrested at 11:25 p.m. in the 200 block of West Fulton Street on allegations of driving under the influence of alcohol and no proof of liability insurance.
Rodney Wadel, 39, 4333 Antelope Road, was cited and released at 9 p.m. in the 1900 block of East Mary Street on allegations of battery on a law enforcement officer and obstruction of official duty that occured on July 19.

Pamela Weinmann, 59, Scott City, was cited and released at 2:35 p.m. in the 100 block of Grant Avenue on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Maria Ruiz, 39, 1907 W. Fulton St., was cited and released at 2:10 p.m. in the 500 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Chris Matthews, 47, 605 Jenny St., was arrested at 1:16 p.m. in the 600 block of Jenny Avenue on allegations of aggravated child endangerment and animal cruelty.

Delbert Tonne, 73, 1205 Nancy St., was cited and released at 5:45 p.m. in the 2200 block of East Schulman Avenue on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Michael Stegman, 34, Liberal, was cited and released at 11:40 a.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Barbara Evelius, 41, 4425 Jennie Barker Road, was cited and released at 12:20 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.
Terri Ann Lara, 17, 1610 Taylor Plaza, Apt. 2, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Taylor Plaza on a municipal warrant for failure to appear for review. She was released to family.
Pedro Ibanez, 17, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., Lot 58, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. in the 600 block of Hamline Street on allegations of no valid driver's license, no proof of liability insurance and drag racing.
Anthony Groves, 18, 2016 Comanche Drive, was cited and released at 12:55 a.m. in the 2000 block of Commanche Drive on allegations of hosting a party with person's younger than 21 consuming alcohol and person younger than 21 in consumption of alcohol.
John Vandoren, 18, 2815 Belmont Place, was cited and released at 12:55 a.m. in the 2000 block of Commanche Drive on allegations of person younger than 21 in consumption of alcohol.
Valerie AnnMelin, 18, 845 S. Yucca St., was cited and released at 12:55 a.m. in the 2000 block of Commanche Drive on allegations of person younger than 21 in consumption of alcohol.
Aleecya Scott, 17, 2016 Comanche Drive, was cited and released at 12:55 a.m. in the 2000 block of Commanche Drive on allegations of person younger than 21 in consumption of alcohol.
Thefts/Losses
Thursday
At 1:55 p.m. at Garden City Community College, 801 Campus Drive, a known person took a cell phone. Loss $539.
Between 8 p.m. Monday and 9 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Wilcox Street, someone forced entry into a residence and took electronics. Theft loss $300, criminal damage loss $150.
Miscellaneous
Thursday
Between 11:20 p.m. Wednesday and 1:15 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Hudson Street, someone entered a camper and painted graffiti and took stereo equipment. Theft loss $85, damage loss $80.
Between 2:25 and 2:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Maple Street, a known person battered someone. The investigation continues.
Finney County Sheriff's Office Arrests/Citations
Thursday
Leonard Adair, 51, 3003 W. Jones Ave., was arrested at 2:25 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of domestic battery.
Vashon Telfair, 33, 163 Shamrock St., was arrested at 10:40 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of endangering a child.
Zachary Mader, 27, 106 S. Newton Road, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of worthless checks.
Cristina Felix, 29, 623 S. Farmland Road, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. in Finney County on allegations of no liability insurance coverage, failure to wear a seat belt, improper passing and driving while suspended.
Miguel Banuelos, 31, 509 Summit St., was arrested at noon in Finney County on an allegation of no drug-tax stamp.

Valente Guerrero-Venite, 43, Deerfield, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Donald Hanner, 41, 815 S. Poplar St., was arrested at 10:05 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of driving while suspended and no liability insurance coverage.
Jason Petri, 27, 2201 Heritage Ave., was arrested at 10:30 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Raymond Wright, 58, Amarillo, Texas, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of cruelty to animals.
