Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Friday

Jana Redd-Williams, 50, 2819 Terrace Place, was cited and released at 8:30 a.m. in the 2700 block of North Third Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Michelle Rojo, 23, 606 Long Blvd., Apt. C5, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. in the 500 block of East Thompson Street on an allegation of driving with a suspended license.

Julia Cantu, 38, 1117 Safford Ave., was cited and released at 2:58 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Thomas Unruh, 45, 2505 N. Sixth St., was arrested at 1:35 p.m. in the 1600 block of Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of driving with a suspended license.

Daniel Taylor, 24, 1810 W. Kansas Ave., Apt. A, was cited and released at 3:30 p.m. in the 600 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of protection from abuse violation on July 7.

Mitchel Bean, 17, 722 Campus Drive, was cited and released at 5 p.m. in the 2600 block of Pearly Jane Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Myra Duenas-Murcia, 14, 3501 Campus Drive, Apt. A206, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. at JCPenny, 2302 E. Kansas Ave., and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation (PATH), 2701 N. 11th St., on an allegation of theft.

Thefts/Losses

Friday

Between 7:40 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of Chainey Street, someone entered an unsecured vehicle, taking a stereo and damaging the dash. Theft loss $500. Damage loss $30.

Between 1 and 1:40 p.m. at Bank of America, 1515 E. Kansas Ave., someone took a debit card and used it at seven different locations. Loss $500.

Criminal damage

Friday

Between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 11:30 a.m. Friday at Getrude Walker Elementary School, 805 W. Fair St., someone broke a window. Loss $300.

Between 8 and 10:50 a.m. at the Municipal Court, 304 N. Ninth St., someone scratched profanity on a window ledge. Loss $25.


Finney County Sheriff's Office Arrests/Citations

Sunday

Ruben Adrian Balderram, 20, 2611 C St., was arrested at 10:24 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of probation violation.

Saturday

Lance Russell Hinnergardt, 38, Winona, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of battery.

Raymundo Martinez, 22, 1815 N. Commanche Drive, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of probation violation.

Friday

Christopher Edward Ward, 38, East Saint Louis, Ill., was arrested at 8:30 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of battery.

Russel Evan Burnett, 48, 1021 Boots Road, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of probation violation.

Chase Andrew Nickell, 23, Johnson City, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of battery.


Holcomb Police Department Arrests/Citations

Saturday

Jordan Dayne Becker, 19, Holcomb, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of domestic battery.

Leonardo Santoyo, 18, Holcomb, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of criminal damage.

Thefts/Losses

Between 12:30 and 7 p.m. at 205 Redford Drive, Holcomb, someone entered an unsecured vehicle in a parking lot and removed numerous items.

At 1 a.m. in the 13200 block of West U.S. Highway 50 -- motor vehicle accident with injuries.

At 11:58 a.m. at 217 Pennsylvania Ave. -- false alarm or false call.

At 5:45 p.m. at 2118 W. Buffalo Jones Ave. -- detector activation, no fire -- unintentional.

At 6:14 p.m. in the 14600 block of North Highway 83 -- good intent call.

Friday

At 7:42 p.m. at 2408 Dee Ave. -- alarm system activation, no fire -- unintentional.

Thursday

At 8:13 a.m. at 2575 W. Lowe Road -- unauthorized controlled burning.

At 11:48 a.m. at 1204 Taylor Plaza -- good intent call.

Wednesday

At 2:03 a.m. at 809 E. Johnson St. -- hazardous condition.

At 7:04 a.m. at 2502 E. Crestway Drive -- false alarm or false call.

At 4:12 p.m. at 708 N. Taylor Ave. -- motor vehicle/pedestrian accident.

At 5:59 p.m. at 2606 East Fair St. -- natural vegetation fire.

Tuesday

At 7:01 p.m. at 1620 Safford Ave. -- Dumpster or other outside trash receptacle fire.

July 6

At 6:53 p.m. at the intersection of East. U.S. Highway 50 Bypass and Fulton Street -- motor vehicle accident with injuries.

At 7:19 p.m. in the 500 block of Burnside Drive -- grass fire.

At 7:29 p.m. at 2565 Sherlock Road -- brush or brush-and-grass mixture fire.

July 5

At 12:16 a.m. at 1205 E. Lakeview Drive -- grass fire.

At 12:52 a.m. at 614 N. 10th St. -- natural vegetation fire.

At 1:33 a.m. at 2609 Henderson St. -- Dumpster or other outside trash receptacle fire.

At 1:44 a.m. at the intersection of B and Fair streets -- Dumpster or other outside trash receptacle fire.

Sunday

At 4:14 a.m. at the intersection of Eighth and Fair streets -- gasoline or other flammable liquid spill.
