Today
Olis Vincente Eaglin, 43, 1812 W. Kansas Ave., Apt. A, was arrested at 6:52 a.m. in the 1800 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of battery.
Michael McQueen Jr., 16, 1812 W. Kansas Ave., Apt. A, was arrested at 6:52 a.m. in the 1800 block of West Kansas Avenue and taken to Programs Assessments Treatment Habilitation, 2701 N. 11th St., on an allegation of battery. He was then released to a parent.
Shannon Phillips, 40, 2615 N. Main St., Apt. 2C, was arrested at 5:14 a.m. in the 2600 block of North Main Street on an allegation of felony domestic battery.
Michelle Lynn Rojo, 23, 308 N. Fourth St., was cited and released at 2:18 a.m. in the 500 block of North Main Street on an allegation of driving with a suspended license.
Gabriel Enriquez, 21, Leavenworth, was arrested at 4:11 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant for an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Manuel Suarez, 25, 2819 Terrace Place, Apt. 3, was cited and released at 3:35 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Third Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Danny Standifer, 16, 2520 N. Third St., was arrested at 2:46 p.m. at PATH and lodged at the Juvenile Detention Center, 507 W. Santa Fe St., on an arrest-and-detain order.
Ryan Skibee, 21, Scott City, was cited at 1:15 p.m. in the 1200 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of driving without a valid license.
Wanda Rivera, 44, 206 W. Maple St., was cited and released at 11:29 a.m. in the 1300 block of St. John Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Trevor McGraw, 21, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 4 p.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of driving with a suspended license.
Gilbert Quinonez, 21, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., Apt. 119, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. in the 100 block of West Laurel Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Enrique Espinoza, 39, 511 N. 13th St., Apt. 3, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. in the 400 block of East Spruce Street on allegations of obstruction, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and with a suspended license, theft of gas that occurred earlier in the day and criminal trespass, theft and damage that occurred April 27.
Peggy Pool, 59, 1923 Sloan St., Apt. 4, was cited and released at 12:25 p.m. in the 1000 block of Belmont Place on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Julio Cesar Angelo, 40, 513 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 11:22 p.m. in the 1400 block of West Campbell Street on allegations of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with a suspended license, and obstruction of official duty.
