Arrests/Citations

Monday

Joshua Hartley, 21, 4101 East U.S. Highway 50, Lot 129, was arrested at 10:47 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on allegations of criminal threat and domestic battery.

Lonnie Hartley, 47, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 131, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. on an allegation of obstruction.

Daisy Magaly Hernandez, 16, 1208 A St., was arrested at 8:25 p.m. at JC Penny, 2302 E. Kansas Ave., and released to Programs Assessments Treatment Habilitation, 2701 N. 11th St., on an allegation of theft.

Ma De Lourdes Blanco, 37, 1916 Harding Ave., Apt. 5, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. at Wal-Mart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of four counts of removal of a theft detection device and theft.

Joe Lopez, 48, 710 E. Chestnut St., was arrested at 8:44 p.m. in the 700 block of East Chestnut Street on allegations of domestic battery, kidnapping, criminal threat, aggravated assault, attempted robbery and criminal restraint from an incident that occurred Sunday.

Juan Salazar, 16, 2510 VFW Road, was cited and released at 4:15 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Joshua Romaker, 21, 212 N. 10th St., Apt. 5, was cited and released at 1:15 p.m. in the 500 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of deprivation of property after he allegedly took someone's skateboard. Loss $50.

Jesus Medina, 18, 3006 W. Thompson St., was arrested at 4:07 p.m. in the 1400 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on allegations of disorderly conduct and criminal damage after he allegedly participated in a fight and breaking a cell phone. Loss $70.
