Today
Jessica Reed, 20, Oklahoma, was cited and released at 1:21 a.m. in the 1100 block of North 10th Street on an allegation of driving with a suspended license.
Patricia Patterson, 51, 305 W. Mary St., Apt. F1, was cited and released at midnight in the 100 block of East Bellevue Avenue on an allegation of driving without proof of insurance.
Vanessa Cruz-Ponce De Leon, 23, 950 Jennie Barker Road, Lot 92, was arrested at 6:06 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a failure-to-appear municipal warrant for an allegation of probation violation.
Jose Nunez, 27, 606 Long Blvd., Apt. G2, was cited and released at 12:15 a.m. in the 2800 block of North Third Street on an allegation of driving without proof of insurance.

Yolanda Leyva, 15, 3501 Campus Drive, Apt B207, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street and lodged at the Southwest Kansas Juvenile Detention Center, 507 W. Santa Fe St., on an arrest-and-detain order.
Laura Soto, 43, 950 Jennie Barker Road, Lot 164, was cited and released at 9:35 p.m. in the 2900 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of driving without proof of insurance.
Noemi Hernandez, 20, Wichita, was cited and released at 8:55 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving without proof of insurance.
Marivel Martinez, 40, 2615 N. Main St., Apt. 6F, was cited and released at 4:56 p.m. in the 3400 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of driving with a suspended license.
Octavian Nunez, 35, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 370, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. in the 600 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of transporting an open container.

Bryce Nolde, 20, 2019 Mohawk Drive, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. in the 1200 block of Campus Drive on allegations of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, consumption of alcohol by a minor and unlawful use of a driver's license.
Saul Esequiel Sanchez, 27, 1611 Bancroft St., was arrested at 8 a.m. in the 1600 block of Bancroft Street on allegations of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving, duty to report accidents and duty upon striking an unattended vehicle or property.
Christian Sergio Mondragon, 20, 305 College St., Apt. 12, was cited and released at 3:50 p.m. at Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.
Audra Aldaco-Martinez, 18, 306 College St., Apt. 12, was cited and released at 3:50 p.m. at Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.
Enrique Espinoza, 38, 511 N. 12th St., was arrested at 12:48 p.m. in the 500 block of West Mary Street on allegations of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, fleeing and eluding, and other traffic-related allegations issued through Ford County.

Franciso Varela, 19, 144 Honeybee Court, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. in the 400 block of Lake Avenue on a failure-to-appear county warrant for allegations of traffic violations.
Crescencian Trejo, 18, 3990 Nancy Ave., was arrested at 8:07 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Fulton Street on a municipal warrant for allegations of consumption of alcohol by a minor. Trejo also was cited and released for an allegation of criminal trespass that occurred on March 2, 2009, at Garden City High School, 1412 N. Main St.
Heladio Chairez, 26, 270 S. Karen St., was arrested at 1:20 p.m. in the 2100 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of felony obstruction, possession of marijuana and an ICE detainer.
Norberto Chalino Chairez, 21, 270 S. Karen St., was arrested at 1:01 p.m. in the 2100 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of probation violation, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and felony obstruction.
Friday
Jacob Eichorn, 16, 950 Jennie Barker Road, Lot 106, was cited and released at 2:20 p.m. in the 1500 block of East Spruce Street and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation (PATH), 2701 N. 11th St., on an allegation of driving without a valid license.
Elizabeth Froese, 30, 13105 Lightner Road, was cited and released at 9:23 a.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on an allegation of driving without a valid license.
