Today
Carlos Garcia, 21, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 594, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving without a valid license.
Thursday
Sherry Moret, 57, 148 Honeybee Court, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. at Time Out Sport Bar, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of criminal trespass.
Skylar Shane Hernandez, 20, 510 Burnside Drive, Lot 10, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving with a suspended license.
Ammone Vone Thammavongsa, 18, 1203 Ridgewood Drive, was cited and released at 6 p.m. at Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of internal theft of currency. Loss $439.
Rodney Dianda, 19, 801 Ida, was cited and released at 4:40 p.m. in the 2500 block of Taylor Avenue on an allegation of driving without proof of insurance.
Kaleb Grooms, 19, 1707 E. Laurel St., Apt. 4, was cited and released at 5 p.m. at Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of internal theft of merchandise. Loss $685.
Leonard Martin Carter, 33, 1606 E. Spruce St., was arrested at 9:33 a.m. in the 4000 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of a court order violation. He was also cited and released on a prior allegation of a court order violation.
Aly Lynn Alba, 15, 1112 Teardrop Lane, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. at Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of internal theft. She was taken to PATH, 2701 N. 11th St., and released to a parent. Loss $50.
Andy Vieux, 28, 2506 N. Main St., was arrested at 9:34 p.m. in the 2500 block of North Main Street on allegations of battery, criminal damage and disorderly conduct.
Nora Morales, 22, 5795 Old Post Road, was cited and released at 4:05 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of criminal damage.
Raynardo Owens, 43, 305 W. Mary St., Apt. F5, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. in the 600 block of West Fulton Street on a city warrant for failure-to-appear and an allegation of driving with a suspended license. He also was cited and released for an allegation of battery from Nov. 21, 2008.

Christian Ashlock, 18, 1701 Old Manor Road, was cited and released at 8:35 p.m. at Sears, 2310 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.
Elizabeth Gomez, 24, 2109 Sioux Drive, was cited and released at 11:21 p.m. in the 700 block of Harding Avenue on an allegation of driving without proof of insurance.
Doran Yardley, 52, 609 N. Taylor Ave., was arrested at 8:27 p.m. in the 3600 block of Spruce Street on allegations of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving with a suspended license and falsely reporting an accident.

Between 6 p.m. Wednesday and 5 p.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of Terrace Place, someone took a vehicle.

Thursday
Between 3 p.m. Wednesday and 1 a.m. Thursday in the 300 block of North Ninth Street someone spray-painted graffiti on a Dumpster. Loss $15.
Tuesday
Between 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at J.D. Adams Hall, Garden City High School, 1312 N. Seventh St., someone wrote graffiti in the men's restroom. Loss $50.
Between 12:45 and 2:30 p.m. at J.D. Adams Hall, Garden City High School, 1312 N. Seventh St., someone wrote graffiti in the men's restroom. Loss $50.
Sunday
Between 6 and 7 p.m. in the 300 block of North Fifth Street, a known person broke a window to a residence. Loss $40.
At 7:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Jennie Barker Road, someone threw an unknown object at a passing vehicle, damaging the windshield. Loss $500.
Between 1 and 4 a.m. in the 500 block of North First Street, someone broke the windows of a vehicle. Loss $3,000.
Saturday
Between 8:30 and 11:30 p.m. at Hastings, 2108 E. Kansas Ave., someone used paint to apply graffiti to a bathroom door and the night deposit box. Loss $50.
Between 10 and 11:45 p.m. at St. Catherine Hospital, 310 E. Walnut St., someone shattered a window. Loss $200.
Between 6:30 a.m. Jan. 30 and 2 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard, someone damaged a vehicle with a sharp object.
Between 7 p.m. Jan. 30 and 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of North Fourth Street, someone damaged a vehicle by unknown means. Loss $300.

At 2:23 a.m. at Kwik Shop, 1102 Campus Drive, someone threatened a person with a bat.
Between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. at St. Catherine Hospital, 401 E. Spruce St., someone used personal information not belonging to him or her for personal gain.
Wednesday
Between 8:20 and 10:50 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Spruce Street, a known person violated a court order. Investigation continues.
Monday
Between 2 p.m. Sunday and 12:44 p.m. Monday at Dillons, 1305 E. Kansas Ave., someone paid for food with a counterfeit bill. Loss $5.
Sunday
Between 8 a.m. Saturday and 10:45 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of North First Street, someone made repeated threatening text messages to a person. Investigation continues.
At 5:01 a.m. in the 100 block of Maple Street, someone battered a person. Investigation continues.
Saturday
Between 1:20 and 1:35 a.m. at Time Out Sports Bar, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., a known person attacked another person. Investigation continues.

Between 10 p.m. Jan. 29 and 8 a.m. Jan. 30 in the 800 block of Meadowview Drive, someone entered an unlocked vehicle without permission and threw things around.
Jan. 21
At an unknown time at Oasis Car Wash, 1621 E. Kansas Plaza, someone used a credit card to unlawfully purchase gasoline. Loss $26.
At 1:35 p.m. at Taco El Tapatio, 1203 E. Fulton St., someone used a credit card to unlawfully purchase food. Loss $30.
At 11:13 a.m. in the 100 block of Campus Drive, someone used a credit card unlawfully to purchase unknown items. Loss $18.

Thursday
James Collier, 46, 1009 N. 11th St., was arrested at 8:30 a.m. in Finney County for failure to appear.
Nicole Jones, 28, 650 Market Circle St., was arrested at 10:20 a.m. in Finney County on allegation of battery causing bodily harm.
Isela Palma, 31, 5760 Crestview Drive, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. in Finney County on allegation of theft.
Edward Scholfield, 53, 2615 N. Main St., was arrested at 10:45 a.m. in Finney County on allegation of worthless check.
