Dec. 1

Shamplane Pearson, 20, 2604 Carriage Lane, was cited and released at 10:20 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft resulting in a loss of $120.

Wednesday

Victor Espitia Jr., 20, 1285 Rolling Hills Road, was cited and released at 7:42 p.m. at Menards, 1110 Lareau Road on an allegation of theft.

Friday

Steven Olivarz, 42, 4860 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 8, was cited and released at 11:40 a.m. in the 1200 block of Fleming Street on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

A 13-year-old was arrested at 4:02 p.m. in the 200 block of Elm Street on a bench warrant for probation violation.

Louis Gomez, Jr., 55, 1505 E. Chestnut St., No. 2, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on allegations of driving under the influence and disorderly conduct.

Andrew D. Ortiz, 20, 411 W. Fulton St., was cited and released at 10 p.m. in the 300 block of West Thompson Street on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lorenzo Chavez-Gutierrez, 43, 162 Cloverlead Road, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of East Business 50 on an allegation of domestic battery.

Gary Archie Martinez, 46, 703 Garden Ave., was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday

Esperanza Velasquez, 17, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 209, was cited and released at 12:45 a.m. at St. Catherine Hospital, 401 E. Spruce St., on allegations of driving under the influence, transporting an open container, no valid driver's license and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Tiffany Garcia-Warren, 25, 1202 N. 11th St., was arrested at 12:26 a.m. in the 1200 block of North 11th Street on a warrant for non-appearance.

Melissa Line, 37, Deerfield, was arrested at 12:17 a.m. in the 1500 block of Pats Drive on allegations of driving while suspended, possession of marijuana and trafficking contraband in a correctional facility.

Deysi Reyes, 19, 615 Garden City Ave., was arrested at 12:25 a.m. in the 300 block of North 13th Street, on allegations of transporting an open container, consumption of alcohol by a minor and on a municial warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges.

Stephanie Torres, 18, 2902 El Dorado Place, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. in the 2500 block of Fleming Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Dania M. Thomas, 27, 2315 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 10:55 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Seventh Street on a Ford County warrant for failure to appear.

Latanya Clark-Oliver, 53, 923 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 10:44 a.m. in the 900 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of assault.

Andres Ortegon, 32, 609 W. Campbell St., was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Sunday

Deysi Reyes, 19, 615 Garden City Ave., was arrested at 2:04 p.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of obstruction of official duty.

Oliver Pasada, 22, 604 Bancroft St., was arrested at 11:56 p.m. at Gol Latino, 1524 Taylor Ave., on an allegation of prohibited acts in a bar/tavern.

Shawna Lynn White, 34, 619 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 3:04 a.m. on an allegation of transporting an open container.

Thefts/Losses

Oct. 28

Between 7 a.m. and 3:19 p.m. at The Pantry, 2522 N. Taylor Ave., a known person stole numerous cigarettes while employed there. Loss $4,995. Investigation continues.

Wednesday

Between 1 and 3 p.m. in the 1600 block of Conkling Avenue, an unknown person took a dog from a person's yard. Loss $300.

Sunday

Between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person took a tag off a vehicle without permission. Loss $1.

Dec. 2

Between Oct. 19 and Dec. 2 at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., known persons took items from the business without paying for them. Loss $1,400. Investigation continues.

Friday

Between 7 a.m. and 2:50 p.m. in the 300 block of Lareu Road, an unknown person used fake currency to make a business transaction.

Saturday

Between 3 and 3:30 a.m. in the 600 block of West Fulton Street, a known person hit and choked a person. Investigation continues.

Luis Alfaro-Amezcua, 24, Colorado, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. on an allegation of driving without a valid license.

Eric Rodarte, 24, 1208 A St,, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on allegations of driving under the influence and possession of a hallucinogenic drug.

Mario Garza, 46, Texas, was arrested at 4:30 p.m., on allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

Omar Sampslel, 36, Holcomb, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on allegations of battery, criminal restraint and aggravated battery.

Rolando Rodriguez, 40, 2401 Kansas Ave., was arrested at 9 p.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Jesus Lujan-Reyes, 18, was arrested at 8 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Oscar Vargas, 20, Dodge City, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. on a warrant.

Oscar Martinez, 39, Kinsley, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. on allegations of driving under the influence, refusal to submit to test for drugs or alcohol and driving without liability insurance.

Joel Valladares-Rive, 39, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on an allegation of aggravated assault.

Raul Rios, 30, 911 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 6 p.m. on a municipal warrant.

Dominguez Martinez, 36, Dodge City, was arrested at 11:49 a.m. on allegations of driving without a valid license and unlawful acts.

Antonio Pinney, 27, 610 Pennsylvania Ave., was arrested at 11:05 a.m., on an allegation of defective reflectors.

Sofia Reyes-Lujan, 51, 6065 E. Old Post Road, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on allegations of failure to yield to approaching vehicle when turning left, an out-of-county warrant and speeding.

Carmen Hernandez, 40, Dodge City, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. on allegation of driving without liability insurance, an out-of-county warrant and speeding.

Yomaira Marie Ramirez, 24, 603 Howerton Place, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear, and on allegations of probation violation and distribution of opiate, opium, narcotic, certain stimulant.

Sunday

Kevin Lloyd Craig, 50, 2107 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

Rojer Perez, 29, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 3:17 a.m. on allegations of transporting an open container, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and driving under the influence.

Douglas Roy Shivers, 51, 3003 W. Jones St., was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on an allegation of theft.
