Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Tuesday

Ricardo Galvez-Aguayo, 20, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 443, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Stevens Avenue on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of alprazolam.

Monday

Carmen Gomez-Sarmiento, 30, 2914 Fleming St., No. 601, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. in the 1500 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Barbara Avalos, 29, 2820 Terrace Place, No. 9, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. in the 2800 block of Terrace on an out-of-county warrant through Greeley County.

Yadira Guerrero, 14, 1405 St. John St., was arrested at 12:31 p.m. in the 2700 block of Buffalo Way Boulevard on allegations of battery and disorderly conduct and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Gemberly Pineda-Arriaza, 23, Grand Island, Neb., was cited and released at 4:04 p.m. in the 500 block of South Main Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Friday

Amber Drake, 31, 2202 Crestway Drive, was cited and released at 9:29 a.m. in the 800 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegaion of no proof of insurance.

Brian Thomas, 41, 950 Jennie Barker Road, L92, was cited and released at 4:10 p.m. in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of dog bite.

Mauricio Ojeda Jr., 16, 817 Evans St., was arrested at 5:50 p.m. in the 900 block of Zerr Road on an arrest-and-detain order and placed in the juvenile detention center.

Ramiro Loera-Cruz, 17, 2206 N. Main St., was arrested at 10:14 p.m. in the 900 block of Zerr Road on an arrest-and-detain order and lodged in the Juvenile Detention Center.

Miguel Ruan-Corrales, 19, Holcomb, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. in the 100 block of Stevens Avenue on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alprazolam.

Gonzalo Salais, 15, Garden City, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. in the 900 block of Zerr Road on an arrest-and-detain order and placed in the Juvenile Detention Center.

Criminal Damage

Tuesday

Between 1 and 6 a.m. in the 1700 block of Pinecrest Avenue, an unknown suspect broke a window on the victim's car. Loss $250.

Saturday

At 10 p.m. in the 700 block of West Hamline Street, an unknown suspect cut the tires of the victim's vehicle. Estimated loss $200.

Thefts/Losses

Monday

Between 5 p.m. Friday and 4:03 p.m. Monday in the 3400 block of East Spruce Street, an unknown suspect shattered a window on the building and took property without permission. Estimated loss $945.

At 5:45 a.m. in the 600 block of North 13th Street, an unknown suspect broke the door to the victim's residence and took items. Estimated loss $800.

Sunday

Between 9:30 a.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday in the 2400 block of Campus Drive, an unknown suspect took lightbulbs from the light fixture without permission. Estimated loss $10.

Saturday

Between 9 and 9:30 p.m. at EGV Liquor, 4003 E. U.S. Highway 50, an unknown suspect took liquor from the business without paying for it. Loss $14.

Between 10 a.m. on Sept. 26 and 10 a.m. on Saturday, at Legacy Auto Center, 1621 E. Fulton St., an unknown suspect took four chrome wheels from the business, Loss $500.

Friday

At 8:39 a.m. in the 600 block of East Edward Street, an unknown suspect took victim's dog. Loss $70.

At 11:57 a.m. in the 600 block of Mulberry Street, a vehicle was entered and personal items were taken. Loss $419.

Between 6 and 9:20 p.m. in the 1700 block of Center Street, an unknown suspect forced entry into the victim's residence and took clothes and jewelry. Loss $670. Damage $100.

Saturday

Between 9 and 10 p.m. in the 800 block of East Fair Street, an unknown suspect attempted to gain entry into the victim's computer without permission, through a fictitious website.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Monday

Derek Wayne Longsine, 34, 4875 E. Hillcrest Road, was arrested at 10:53 a.m. on allegations of aggravated battery and domestic battery.

Sunday

Cathleen Maria Moncada, 25, 1401 E. Johnson St., was arrested at 12:47 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear and an out-of-county arrest warrant.

Friday

Carlos Alberto Ramon, 606 N. Johnson St., was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.
