LOGAN — Louise M. Lehning, 92, died Jan. 26, 2013, at Logan Manor in Logan.

LOGAN — Louise M. Lehning, 92, died Jan. 26, 2013, at Logan Manor in Logan.

She was born July 28, 1920 in Sedalia, Mo., to parents Luther Roscoe and Mary Elizabeth Phillips Marcum.

On June 30, 1948, she married Jonathan Lehning in Susank. He died on April 4, 1989.

She worked for Fuller Brush in Great Bend, before retiring.

Survivors include three sons, Jeffrey Lehning of Liberty, Mo., Michael Lehning of Logan and Steven Lehning of Sublette; a brother, Chuck Marcum of Osawatomie; a sister, Gladys Voos of Hoisington; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; three sisters, Angeline Sohm, Ruth Page and Kate Mullis; five brothers, LeRoy, Eugene, Herbert, John and Bob Marcum; and two great-grandchildren, Rylee Jo and Karl Michael Lindemann.

A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home in Hoisington.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Memorials can be made in lieu of flowers to Logan Manor, in care of Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Box 146, Hoisington, KS 67544.
