SYRACUSE — Laura Yesenia Leyva Perez, 16, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, at the Hamilton County Hospital in Syracuse.She was born July 7, 1996, in Garden City, to Alberto Leyva and Irene Perez.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Francisco Perez.
She is survived by her parents; a stepfather, Alejandro Cereceres of Syracuse; two brothers, Cesar Leyva and Mario Perez, both of Syracuse; a sister, Diana Cereceres of Syracuse; and her grandparents.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. MDT Saturday at the Wesleyan Church in Syracuse.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. MDT Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. MDT Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. MDT Saturday at the church.
