Several GCCC games postponed by weather

All Garden City Community College athletic events scheduled for Wednesday and today were postponed due to inclement weather.

The men’s and women’s basketball teams were scheduled to play at Seward County Wednesday. Those games will be made up on Monday, with the women starting at 6 p.m. and the men following at 8 p.m., in Liberal. The Broncbusters host Dodge City’s Conquistadors on Saturday in their regular season home finales, with the women tipping off at 5:30 p.m. and the men at 7:30 p.m. at the Perryman Athletic Complex.

The GCCC baseball team was scheduled to play at Frank Phillips (Texas) on Wednesday and at Otero (Colo.) today. The Frank Phillips game was rescheduled for April 23, while the Otero game will be played March 12.

Garden City softball was scheduled to play a home-opening doubleheader against Pratt today. A makeup date is yet to be announced for those games.
