Win Zaw sits on the grounds of the Finney County Courthouse Monday afternoon in an attempt to call attention to the plight of Burmese freedom fighter and Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Su Kyi, who has been under house arrest by the military junta for a majority of the last 19 years.
