Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Feb. 6

Martha Perez-Abrego, 43, Dodge City, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. in the 500 block of West Fulton Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Corrina Bellesive, 31, Minneola, was cited and released at 1:30 p.m. in the 300 block of North U.S. Highway 83 on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.

Rosa Benitez, 54, 2607 Chainey St., Apt. 1, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. in the 1600 block of Fleming Street on allegations of driving under the influence, reckless driving and transporting an open container.

Feb. 5

Billy Brazeal 36, Moscow, was cited and released at 8:40 p.m. in the 1700 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.

Nathaniel Crawford, 54, 1014 N. Fouth St., was arrested at 10:13 p.m. in the 600 block of East Hazel Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Froylan Morales, 32, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., Lot 23, was cited and released at 8:42 a.m. in the 600 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Armando Perez, 17, 611 N. Second St., was arrested at 6:50 p.m. at 2701 N. 11th St., on an arrested-and-detain order.

Austin Beck, 17, 803 N. Fourth St., was cited and released at 10:15 p.m. in the 900 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of current insurance.

Raul Rios, 26, 909 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. in the 1200 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Devin Howard, 17, 1211 N. 10th St., was arrested and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation, 2701 N. 11th St., at 2:02 p.m. in the 1600 block of Conkling Avenue on a failure-to-appear warrant for obstructed windshield.

Valeria Patterson, 52, 3360 E. Kansas Highway 156, was arrested at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on failure-to-appear warrants for no proof of insurance.

Feb. 3

Christopher Marinez, 23, 2407 Menke St., was cited and released at Unifirst, 903 W. Prospect Ave., on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Isai Magana, 16, 1107 Safford Ave. was cited and released at 1:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Jones Avenue, on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Stacy Lemon, 22, 1511 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 5, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. in at the Law Enforcement Center on an arrest-and-detain order.

Thefts/Losses

Feb. 8

Between 3:20 and 3:43 p.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took a purse and its contents. Loss $193.

Between 2 and 10 a.m. in the 1600 block of North Taylor Plaza, someone was invited to the residence and took a laptop and PS3. Loss $1,930.

Between 12:01 and 2:50 a.m. in the 1300 block of Conkling Avenue, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took currency, CDs, a wallet and identification. Loss $405.

Feb. 6

Between 8 a.m. Friday and 5 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of East Kansas Avenue, someone used a person's credit card to make online purchases. Loss $188.

Between 1 and 2 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, someone took a Honda. Loss $1,200.

Feb. 5

Between 10 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of West Mary Street someone took a decal off of a license plate. Loss $1.

Criminal damage

Feb. 9

Between 8 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesay in the 2300 block of Lee Avenue, someone slashed two tires on a vehicle. Loss $300.

Feb. 7

Between 12:45 and 1:45 p.m. in the 600 block of Mulberry Street, someone broke a window on a vehicle. Loss $100.

Between Jan. 30 and Feb. 7 in the 3-I Lot, 408 Lake Ave., someone intentionally drove through a chain gate, damaging a fence post. Loss $50.
