Colin and Becky Kells, of Ford, and Tommy Hale, of Ocala, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tina L. Loving of Bucklin, to Sgt. Ben W. Guhr, also of Bucklin. He is the son of the late Donald Wayne and DeLoris Mae Guhr of Dodge City.

The bride-to-be graduated from Garden City High School in 1994 and is employed by the Ford County Sheriffs Department.

Her fiancé graduated from Dodge City High School in 1984 and is employed by the U.S. Army.

They plan to marry in a 6 p.m. ceremony at the Dodge House Convention Center on June 27, 2009, followed by a reception and dance.
