Engagement: Yglesias-Nagy

Jenny Yglesias and Jose Yglesias of Houston, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Vanesa Grace Yglesias, to Landon Perry Nagy. He is the son of Betsy Glunt and Robert Glunt, former Holcomb residents now living in Ault, Colo.; and Brett and Roberta Nagy of Altus, Okla. His grandparents are Opal Sroufe and the late Phillip Sroufe of Garden City.

The bride-to-be attended Oklahoma State University. She is a customer support associate at Aerotek.

Her fiancee graduated from Oklahoma State University in May 2012. He is an eighth-grade teacher and coach at Cardiff Middle School in Houston.

They plan to marry Oct. 12, 2013, at The Orchard at Caney Creek in Wharton, Texas.
