Dodge City Law quarterback Dennis Havrilla is moving on to play with the Arena Football League's Spokane Shock after spending two weeks in training camp for the Law, according to a press release sent out on Friday.

Havrilla was in a competition for the starting quarterback spot with Charles McCullum.

"I brought Dennis in because I saw what kind of talent he has," Law head coach Sean Ponder said in the release. "I knew he had the potential to contribute to this team, do well in this league, and eventually make it to the next level."

The Law open the regular season on Sunday in Omaha, taking on the Omaha Beef.
