July 20

Felipe Barraza, 40, 2213 Lincoln Road, No. 8, was arrested at 9 p.m. in the 1500 block of Taylor Plaza on an allegation of criminal use of a weapon.

Tanner Andrew Apperson, 18, Scott City, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. in the 1100 block of Old Manor Road on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Crisoforo Estevez-Castaneda, 48, 510 Burnside Drive, Lot 43, was cited and released at 12:39 a.m. in the 400 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Omar E. Garcia-Holguin, 27, Hayden, Colo., was arrested at 1:50 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Taylor Avenue on allegations of transporting an open container and driving under the influence.

Veronica Veloz, 33, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 252, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. in the 3400 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Matthew Luke Alarcon, 17, 950 Jennie Barker Road, No. 163, was arrested at 3:29 a.m. in the 100 block of Honeybee Court on an allegation of curfew violation.

Veronica Veloz, 33, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 252, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. in the 3400 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Mary Rodriguez, 40, 2707 N. Sixth St., was arrested at 1:50 p.m. at Deb Shops, 2204 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of criminal trespass and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Victor Fry, 32, 1605 N. Eighth St., No. 5, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. in the 500 block of Inge Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Michael Anthony Reyes, 18, 1406 St. John St., was arrested at 9:40 p.m. in the 1200 block of Massey Ferguson Road on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Berny Cantu, 22, 407 Henderson St., was arrested at 9:35 p.m. in the 1100 lock of Massey Ferguson Road on a municipal warrant.

Cristain Camps, 21, Holcomb, was cited and released at 12:19 p.m. in the 1200 block of West Jones Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license. Taylor Chelemedos, 17, Holcomb, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of curfew and released to the Juvenile Detention Center.

Ivan Castillo, 17, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., No. 28, was cited and released at 1:44 a.m. in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of curfew violation and released to JDC.

Preston McDaniel, 18, Holcomb, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. in the 800 block of North Jennie Barker Road on allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a weapon and contributing to a child's misconduct.

Fernando Reza, 18, Liberal, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. in the 800 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of contributing to a child's misconduct.

Armani Anderson, 17, Odessa, Texas, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. at Family Dollar, 1303 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of theft.

Monica Vella, 24, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50 Lot 1, was cited and released at Family Dollar, 1303 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of theft.

Alexandra E. Escarcega, 18, 2808 N. 10th St., was cited and released at 11:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Bancroft Street on an allegation of minor of consumption.

Derrick M. Romo, 18, 411 Washington St., No. 5, was cited and released at 11:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Bancroft Street on an allegation of minor of consumption.

Thomas Weaver, 25, 609 Pennsylvania Ave., was arrested at 10:07 a.m. in the 1000 block of East Kansas Avenue on a municipal warrant.

Darron Harvey, 23, 2704 Belmont Place, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. in the 2700 block of Belmont Place on allegations of four counts of felony theft from several local businesses and a residence.

Margarto Rojo-Rubiom 37, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 458, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. in the 2100 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Ah Kia, 33, 305 W. Mary St., No. D1, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of battery.

Julie Perez, 34, 1804 St. John St., was cited and released at 6:54 a.m. in the 1100 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of theft.

Ismail Salad, 26, 117 E. Spruce St., No. 5, was cited and released at 8:36 p.m. in the 1800 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Cathleen Moncada, 25, 1401 E. Johnson St., was cited and released at 9:05 p.m. in the 1200 block of College Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Criminal Damage

July 20

Between 8 and 10:40 a.m. in the 400 block of North Fourth Street, an unknown person painted on a city Dumpster. Damage $20.

July 19

Between 12 and 10 a.m. in the 2000 block of Arapaho Drive, an unknown person damaged a window. Loss $200.

July 18

Between 6 and 7 p.m. in the 300 block of East Talley Trail, an unknown person spray painted graffiti on a bridge. Damage $20.

Thefts/Losses

July 21

Between 10 p.m. July 20 and 7 a.m. July 21 in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person took a vehicle without permission. Vehicle was later recovered.

Between 10 p.m. July 20 and 7 a.m. July 21 in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and removed electronic items. Loss $200.

Between 10 p.m. July 20 and 7 a.m. July 21 in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and took a stereo and an iPod. Loss $400.

July 20

Between 2 and 6 p.m. in the 2200 block of Crestway Drive, an unknown person took a bicycle without permission. Loss $90.

July 19

At 9:16 p.m. in the 1100 block of North 12th Street, an unknown Hispanic male took Xanax pills from someone by force and fled the area in a silver passenger car.

At 1 p.m. at Dollar General, 912 Campus Drive, a known person stole a cart full of items from the store.

Miscellaneous

July 21

At 1:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Walker Street, a known person struck someone several times. Investigation continues.

July 19

At 1:45 a.m. at 1310 Hattie Street, an unknown person discharged a weapon striking a residence and vehicle parked in the driveway. Estimated damage $4,500.

At 3:30 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., a known person told someone he was going to fight them. Investigation continues.

Christian Daniel Moreno, 21, 504 W. Maple St., was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Leslie Ann Baker, 28, County Road 24, Goodwell, Okla., was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on an allegation of battery.

Lisa Enriquez, 44, 510 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 5 p.m. on an allegation of contempt of court.

Zackariah James Cosner, 30, 4100 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hallucinogenic drug, endangering a child, possession of paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and driving while suspended.

July 17

Felipe Antonio Facio, 23, 310 College Drive, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on allegations of no proof of insurance, child passenger safety restraint and invalid registration.

Emmanuel Borjas-Tellez, 29, 102 1/2 Toltec St., Montezuma, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on allegations of operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, notice of change of address, and exceeding maximum speed limits.

Efren Lira Ramirez, 28, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on an allegation of operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Samuel Sierra-Hernandez, 41, 510 Telegram Ave., was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on allegations of driving while suspended and exceeding maximum speed limits.

Luis Arturo Rojo, 30, 3015 Crain Road, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Ileana Cruz. 20, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Jonathan Scott Crain, Scott City, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on an arrest-and-detain order.
