Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Tuesday

Juan Ramon Hernandez, 21, 1324 Conkling Ave., was cited and released at 12:50 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Seventh Street on allegations of drag racing and no proof of insurance.

Roberto Weissel, 22, 1725 T-Bone Drive, was cited and released at 12:51 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Seventh Street on allegations of drag racing and no proof of insurance.

Jose Miguel Muniz, 30, 1512 Jan St., was arrested on district court warrants for criminal threat, domestic battery, failure to appear and probation violation; and arrested on allegations of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug-tax stamp, possession of proceeds from the sale of controlled substances, possession of hydrocodone with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of alprazolam with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school; and was cited and released on allegations of domestic battery and disorderly conduct from a previous incident.

Monday

Jessica Casanova, 19, 508 N. Sixth St., was cited and released at 7:14 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.

Sabrina Olivarez, 17, 1604 E. Spruce St., was arrested at 7:14 p.m. at Walmart on an allegation of theft.

Daniel Hernandez, 38, 514 Summit St., was arreted at 4:04 p.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on a warrant for probation violation.

Juan Manuel Solis, 23, 2914 Fleming St. No. 714, was cited and released at 10:43 p.m. in the 2900 block of Fleming Street on an allegation of driving while suspended from a previous incident.

Abel Molina, 22, 411 E. Santa Fe St., was arrested at 3:43 p.m. on a probation violation and on an allegation of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Nathen Joseph Montoya, 36, 611 Teitelbaum Ave., was arrested at 3:43 p.m. on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer and obstructing apprehension of prosecution.

Robert Bey Muhammed, 34, 406 W. Chestnut St., was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on three municipal bench warrants for failure to appear.

Saturday

Miquela Marra Baca, 19, 611 Campus Drive, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Criminal Damage

Monday

Between April 1 and Monday in the 2600 block of Pearly Jane Avenue, an unknown person used red spray paint to spray paint gang graffiti on the mailbox. Estimated loss $100.

Thefts/Losses

Tuesday

Between 10 p.m. Monday and 5:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 4100 block of East Highway 50, an unknown person stole a vehicle that was unlocked with the keys in the ignition. Loss $2,500.

Monday

Betwee 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue, an unknown person stole $100 cash and a wallet that was misplaced, throwing other documents on the ground. Loss $140.

Between 9:58 and 10:28 a.m. at Tractor Supply, 3333 E. Mary St., an unknown person took a pair of boots from the store without paying. Estimated loss $100.

Monday

Christopher Grant Webb, 30, 306 E. Waterman St., was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on a probation violation.

Steven Ross Miller, 20, 1322 Hineman Drive, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on allegations of criminal threat and harrassment.

Ramon Humberto Molinar, 46, 2401 W. Kansas Ave,. was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Sunday

Kaysone Lae Phetdara, 27, 8611 W. Hampton Ave., Lakewood, Colo., was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on probation violation.

Travis Dewayne Green, 48, 3260 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on allegations of disorderly conduct and theft.

Kansas Highway Patrol

Corina Elizabeth Martinez, 38, 205 S. Snowden St., Granada, Colo., was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on an out-of-county warrant.
