The following reports were taken from local law enforcement logs:

Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Thursday

Jesus Pichardo-Perez, 21, 1209 Hattie St., was arrested at 11:35 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant.

Maria Montelongo, 40, 4101 E. Hwy 50 #485, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Main Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Carlos Chavez, 18, 1310 Hattie St., was cited and released at 3:47 p.m. in the 400 block of North Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Jose Velasquez-Cortez, 59, 913 N. 13th St., was arrested at 9:01 a.m. in the 2100 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Osbaldo Estrella, 28, Dodge City, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. in the 1700 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Porfirio Madera-Catano, 34, Taos, NM, was cited and released at 8:35 p.m. in the 400 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Benito Olson, 47, transient, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. in the 1500 block of North 12th Street on an allegation of intoxicated pedestrian.

Christopher O'Bryan Lockhart, 29, 2615 N. Main St., was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehcile without a valid driver's license and on an out of county warrant.

Thefts/Losses

Thursday

Between 10 a.m. Tuesday and 12:49 p.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of East Fulton Street, an unknown person failed to return the victim's license tag.

Between 12 and 3:45 p.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50, an unkown person forced entry into a residence and stole cash. Theft loss $42. Damage $25.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

William Dixon, 42, 407 E. Maple St., was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on an allegation of theft.

Esther Kathryn Redburn, 47, 5800 E. Mansfield Road, was arrested at 10 a.m. on an allegation of cruelty to animals.

Michael Lee Anthony Rodriguez, 31, 510 E. Burnside Drive, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on allegations of criminal damage and attempted theft.

Cesar Sigala, 36, 205 W. First St., was arrsted at 1:36 p.m. on allegations of driving while suspended, interference with a law enforcement officer, no valid vehicle registration and no proof of insurance.
