Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Wednesday

Ana Barrera, 32, 2904 Fleming St., Apt. 3A, was cited and released at 3:27 p.m. in the 3400 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license and no proof of insurance.

Jaime Quintana, 29, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 175, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant.

Daniel Santos, 18, 4060 W. Jones Ave., was cited and released at 11:45 a.m. in the 1200 block of Conard Avenue on allegations of criminal use of a weapon and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Joshua Pauley-Taylor, 23, 1301 New York Ave., was cited and released at 11:10 a.m. in the 100 block West Hazel St., on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Ivan Diaz, 19 2508 Dee Ave., was arrested at 11:24 p.m. in the 400 block of West Fair Street on allegations of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

Tuesday

Roberto Diaz-Gaytan, 22, 1508 N. 13th St., was arrested at 12:49 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal bench warrant.

Mauricio Ojeda, 16, 817 Evans St., was arrested at 4:35 p.m. in the 2700 block of North 11th Street on a county warrant.

Benito Olson, 47, transient, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. in the 600 block of North 12th Street on an allegation of walking under the influence.

Miguel Angel Enriquez, 17, 305 1/2 N. Fourth St., was arrested at 7:48 p.m. at Dillons West, 1211 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., on allegations of theft and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Jesus Israel Lujan-Reyes, 17, 6065 Old Post Road, was arrested at 9 p.m. in the 2500 block of North Henderson Street on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Jonathan Neal Rich, 18, 906 N. Fourth St., was arrested at 12:49 p.m. on allegations of contributing to a child's misconduct, possession of drug parhapernalia and possession of drugs.

Thefts/Losses

Wednesday

Between 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, an unknown person used someone's financial card to make an online purchase. Loss $150.

At 12:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of Pearly Jane Avenue, a known person struck someone. Investigation continues.

Dec. 26, 2012

Between 12:04 and 12:06 p.m. in the 800 block of Ida Street, an unknown person took a prescription medication without permission. Loss $25.

Wednesday

Curtis James Masters, 53, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on an allegation of proper class of driver's license required for employment.

Oscar Bosquez Hernandez, 25, 606 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 10 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Ramon Aguilera, 53, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. on allegations of exceeding maximum speed limits, failure to wear seat belt and driving while suspended.

Miguel Angel Hinojosa, 33, 306 N. 12th St., was arrested at 10 a.m. on an allegation of criminal non-support of a child.

Froilan Eduardo Hernandez, 29, 203 S. Sixth St., was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on allegations of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jaime Manuel Quintana, 29, 1906 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on allegations of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lewis James Padilla, 20, 340 S. Farmland Road, was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on allegations of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm, and no Kansas drug-tax stamp.

Tuesday

Ruby Elena Licerio, 37, 803 W. Taylor Jones Ave., was arrsted at 10:30 a.m. on an arrest-and-detain order.

Jeffery Allen Rigdon, 31, 120 Larson Lane, Holcomb, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
