Holcomb 59, Goodland 52

At Goodland, the visiting Holcomb Lady Longhorns, who had the help of Kylee Amos who had a team high 17 points, took care of the Cowgirls 59-52 in Great WestActivities Conference action.

The Longhorns found themselves down 15-17 at the end of the first period, but were able to take a lead into halftime as they scored more than 20 points in the second period.

The Cowgirls' leading scorer was Kate-Lynn King who had a game high 20 points.

Cimarron 68, Lakin 32

At Cimarron, with the assistance of Morgan Ediger, who had a game-high 20 points for the Lady Bluejays, Cimarron routed the visiting Lakin Lady Broncs, 68-32.

The Lady Jays held a commanding lead at the end of the first period, 24-8, and wound up heading into the fourth period leading by 31 points.

The leading scorer for the Lady Broncs was Kara Simmons with 10 points.

SW Heights 51, Stanton County 37

At Johnson, the Southwestern Heights Lady Mustangs defeated the Stanton County Lady Indians, 51-37, with the help of Nayelly LaPoint, who had a team-high 17 points.

The game was close at the end of the first period as the Mustangs only had a three-point lead, but Heights continued to pull away, out scoring the Lady Indians in each period to cruise to the win.

The Indians' leading scorer was Jenna Black with a game-high 19 points.

Wichita County 54, Sublette 31

At Sublette, with the help of Katie Bailey's game-high 23 points, the Wichita County Lady Indians were able to defeat the Sublette Lady Larks, 54-31.

The Lady Indians were only up by four points at the end of the first period, but were able to take a double-digit lead into halftime at 24-14. The Lady Indians out scored the Lady Larks in every period.

The Larks' leading scorer was Regan Matteson with seven points.

Syracuse 36, Elkhart 33

At Syracuse, with the help of Delaney Pollart's game-high 17 points, the Lady Bulldogs were able to win a close game against the Elkhart Lady Wildcats, 36-33.

The Lady Bulldogs were out scored in both the first and last periods, but were able to win with a strong performance in the second and third periods when they scored more than 11 points in both periods.

The leading scorer for the Lady Wildcats was Yessenia Villa who had eight points.

At Deerfield, the Lady Spartans were routed by the visiting Satanta Lady Indians, 48-18, with the assistance of Vanessa Caro, who had a game-high 21 points.

The Lady Indians held a comfortable lead at halftime, 28-7, and continued to progressively pull away throughout the first three quarters.

The leading scorer for the Lady Indians was Lizzy Diaz with 14 points.

Meade 63, Ashland 33

At Ashland, the Lady Blue Jays were soundly beaten by the visiting Lady Buffaloes of Meade, who ran away with the game on the back of Bailey Olvera's game-high 17 points.

The Lady Buffaloes held a large lead at halftime, 33-19, and it only got larger as Meade led 53-25 after three periods.

The leading scorer for the Lady Blue Jays was Shelby Luerman with 10 points.

At Montezuma, with the help of Morgan Hood's game-high 26 points, the Bucklin Lady Red Aces routed the South Gray Lady Rebels, 50-36.

The Aces and the Rebels were tied at 8 at the end of the first period, but Bucklin was able to win the game by out scoring their opponents by four, four, and six points respectively in the final three periods.

The leading scorer for the Lady Rebels was Madison Dirks with 16 points.

At Moscow, the Lady Wildcats were able to defeat the Minneola Lady Wildcats, 49-38, led by Kelsi Mueller, who had a team-high 14 points.

The game was close throughout, but Moscow was able to win it when they went over 15 points offensively in each of the final two periods.

Minneola's leading scorer was Kristen Schneweis with a game-high 16 points.
