Andrew Allen

BERRYVILLE, Ark. — Andrew Lee Allen Jr., 42, died Thursday, March 14, 2013, in Shattuck, Okla.

He was born Feb. 23, 1971, to Rosemary Otterstetter-Allen and Andrew Allen Sr., in Garden City.

He married Christy Louise Barnes on Sept. 5, 1998. She survives.

Survivors include two sons, Robert and Konrad; a daughter, Gracie; his mother, Rosemary Otterstetter; his father, Andrew Allen Sr.; two sisters, Tina Bowley and Mary Keilsa; a brother Tim Allen; and his maternal grandmother, Deloris Otterstetter.

Services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Berryville United Methodist Church.

Memorials are suggested to the church at 400 Eureka St., Berryville, AR 72616.
