Anniversary: Horton

Dick and LaRue Horton of Deerfield will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family gathering.

Dick Horton and LaRue Allison were married Oct. 5, 1952, at the Methodist Church in Cimarron.

They have three sons, Jim, Ken and Mark, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Dick is a retired farmer, farming for more than 50 years in Kearny, Wichita and Finney counties. He cut his 60th wheat crop this past June.

LaRue is a homemaker. They both do volunteer work with various organizations.

Their family invites you to participate in a card shower. Anniversary wishes and cards of congratulations may be sent to them at 1205 Main St., Deerfield, KS 67838.
